It's a nice phone. Samsung Customer Care is absolutely terrible. Also, zoom features are WAY BETTER with s23 Ultra. I should have gotten that or waited for the s25. Theyre putting way too much faith into "galaxy AI." Images are blurry at 30x and 100x. 5x and 10x photos are better. I use this for concerts and im not close to the middle. I want better quality ZOOM.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone, but still lags out bad sometimes with google maps. Idk if its the phone, or if google maps is just bad. but camera is fantastic for photos and videos. pen is useful for taking quick notes, and battery life is pretty good, though I did think it would be a little bit better. overall for the price I got it, worth it.

I had the S22 Ultra. This is a slight upgrade. They changed too much customization especially on notifications. It took me a week to get the new phone somewhat dialed in. I would say performance is about 20% better than the S22 Ultra. I don't really use the AI extras, it seems the upgrade is heavily focused on that. Battery life is about 10% better than 2 year old battery in my S22. I could have easily waited for the S25 Ultra, but the trade in deal was too good to pass up.
