We noticed that you reached out about the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The S24 Ultra has an IP68 water resistance rating, which means it has been tested and can withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. After exposure to water, it's important to rinse off any residue and dry the device. However, it's not recommended for beach or pool use. Additionally, please be aware that the water and dust resistance of the S Pen is not permanent and may diminish over time due to normal wear and tear. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. I upgraded from my 21Ultra, and the difference was clear; The screen resolution, the camera, processing speed, the features. I absolutely love the pen! Finally, i can actually sign online forms. The ai features are great too, the conversation interpreter is exactly what i needed for work. My favorite thing has to be the screen though, there is almost no glare and is significantly less straining than ANY screen ive used.
