Both microphones fail

The bad: I had the s24 ultra. The microphones stopped working. Yes, there are 2 microphones. I didn't drop the phone, get it wet, use any unsecure apps, never over heated, etc. 2 weeks later the other one stopped.
The good: I've owned 4 Samsung phones. This one is fast. My carrier is boost and I get a good signal, while my wife has Verizon and can't get 1 bar most of the time. Also, get interface. AI features are up to par if not better. There isn't room for a SD card but you probably won't need it because there's a ton of memory. Lastly, the camera, or I should say cameras. The detail is amazing. The zoom is nuts. The wide angle and tons of features are fun to mess around with. I took pictures and compared them with pictures they took, edited on phone shop and mine were better. So great phone if you don't mind not talking to anyone after owning it for 4 months.

Top of the line phone

The features are endless!!

The updates flow with even more simplicity as time goes by. Couldn't imagine owning any other phone. As a business owner doing everyday task, all the way to processing invoices and creating job quotes, this is the phone to have.

Best phone I've owned so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the small features Samsung gives like the TV app I thought I would never use but when I opened it up and started using it to see what it was, I realized it was a pretty cool app that makes me want to watch movies with my family because it makes it so much easier. The amount of ram this phone has along with the storage capacity let's me not worry about having to choose between pictures and having fun little games on my phone and if I needed to quickly send a message or look something up, the seamless transition let's me pick right back up where I left off in the other app without letting it close or restart. Speaking of the pictures, the camera quality is amazing, I've never seen a camera on a phone so good that it can match my Cannon camera and now I don't feel like I have to drag it around too just to take nice pictures. I love using the S pen and using the seamless actions across apps and makes me feel like a wizard and gives me convenience when I need to take a picture either with the palm of my hand or a click of the pen. The ecosystem is amazing how I can go from my phone to my laptop to my Samsung Chromebook and can just pick up where I left off from the other device and don't have to go through the hassle of doing it all over again or transferring it all over.

Being able to connect with my smart things app for my other samsung devices. I love the notes feature and my son pen to be able to take notes simply and take pictures with my pen from a far distance for group pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned every single Galaxy S device, since the first one except for the Galaxy S25. It's so cool that everything that I always wanted to do with all the other models.I can now do with the Galaxy S24 ultra. This phones camera is top-notch and is able to keep up with my DSLR camera at home.
I was a little skeptical prior to buying it. Due to the fact that it does Not come with an available version to have external storage space.But the current model seems to have enough storage space in which I have yet to run out of. This device makes it easy to use and has seamless actions across apps. Moving through apps is effortless, and I have no problems at all with the systems function.
Best device ever, as I stated at the title, it is very close to flawless!
