I traded in my s23 ultra for the s24 for Ultra it was a big big mistake you can research all you want you can watch all the videos on YouTube that you can find and I don't believe that not one person actually tells the truth the s23 is a better phone all the way it is brighter it is easier to hold and handle the s24 has that anti-glare screen but once you put a screen protector on it that's out the window yes they gave it an update and they fixed the few things with it but it's really not worth the money at all and not worth the trade in at least for the 23 Ultra

Love my new s24 had a little bit of trouble moving my data from my note 20 ultra but once I was able to move the data it was a smooth transition. I've always been a loyal Samsung user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung 24 Ultra! I have used the Samsung Note + Series since 2012 and have always loved having the use of the stylus, filters, slo-mo photos. The Ultra series speed and memory make it perfect since I generally hold on to a phone for a bit. Photos on my recent vacay to Canada turned out better with the AI enhancements for color and subject erase. Loved Panorama mode too! Dedicated fan for life!

Bad camera: it is not possible to turn off post processing of images once they are captured. Auto focus is terrible as well. Fingerprint sensor is slow.

I have had this phone for a little bit. How do they keep making it worse. I loved the note 9 and it seems with every upgrade it get less user friendly and aesthetically more offensive. Functionality no longer simple but complex. I basically changed all the features and button layouts. I feel like they all got in a big circle and are like how can we make this even worse. What they think is disruptional technology is just poorly designed features no one want. I really wish I could undo all of the updates I've gotten for this phone because it makes it worse each time. Do not buy try out in different new phone. Because the way they messed up their layout so much it's basically like using a different company.
