[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having this phone. I like using the galaxy AI as well ad the Google AI. Having the stylus makes life easier. The camera takes great video and photos. The Voice Focus feature is great. However, it only works on the phone. I do wish it worked with headphones too. When I travel and make calls, I rather use my headphones than hold my phone walking through the airport. (The Ultra is big) That is keeping the phone from being perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Samsung devices for years now. They are always reliable and I have not had any functionality issues. I use mine for movies, games, work, and everything else in between.
The phone is easy to navigate and use. This phone is great for personal use or to use as a work phone sending emails and other apps. Galaxy AI makes translating and overall productivity easier.

The AI features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the device itself and it's pretty fast and reliable. One issue I noticed is that Galaxy AI is kinda unnecessary for everyday usage and it feels like it would better if some of the AI features are automatically functioning so it show the user what could be done. Overall, as a 10+ yrs Samsung user, the phone didn't disappointed me at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 Ultra is a much better upgrade compared to the S21 Ultra I last had, the storage, battery and cameras are so much better, and the galaxy ai functions are also very useful or cool to play with, the higher storage capacity is also pretty nice imo
