Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I haven't had much interaction with Galaxy AI, I have been having many issues with connectivity, especially through my carrier or wifi. I'm constantly experiencing lag and slow connection times. I haven't had the phone for even a year and I am ready to return it. Now if I can only contact someone to help!

We see that you reached out to let us know how your experience has been with the S24 Ultra.S24 Ultra boasts a 13% larger battery and the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor, giving you our most powerful performance and all-day battery life for entertainment and productivity on the go. When you visit websites using the Samsung Internet browser, it downloads files, cookies, and other data. Over time, this can lead to a buildup of data that slows down the browser. To resolve this, you can clear the cached data from the browser. Here's how to do it on your phone or tablet:
1. Navigate to and tap on "Internet".
2. Tap on the Menu icon (the three horizontal bars), then tap on "Settings" and select "Personal Browsing Data".
3. Tap on "Delete browsing data", choose the data you want to delete, and then tap "Delete data".
After clearing the data, your browser will download new data from the websites you've previously visited. Additionally, having many tabs open can also slow down the browser, so make sure to close any tabs that you don't need. If you still experiencing lagging while on the internet, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin

Photos are clear & crisp & the feature where you can delete unwanted things is very useful. I'm still learning to use GalexyAI. I'm able to play games without any glitches. Phone calls come across clear. I love the stylus pen. This phone is very worth it.

I use my s24 ultra to stream movies on its huge screen, play games, listening to music and YouTube.... It's an absolute joy to own this device. Thanks Samsung for a job well done.!!

We noticed you reached out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. With Wi-FI calling, you can make calls and send messages over a Wi-Fi connection when cell service isn't available. Now you’ll never be denied by a weak signal again. As you already know, some carriers do not have Wi-Fi calling capabilities, so be sure to check with them and make sure. To enable Wi-Fi Calling, make sure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network and has active service through a SIM card or eSIM. Follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings and tap on Connections, then Wi-Fi Calling.
2. Switch on the feature. If prompted to enter your Emergency contact information, do so and tap Save. Keep in mind that you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network and have active service via a SIM or eSIM to enable Wi-Fi Calling.
3. Once enabled, you can turn off Wi-Fi Calling by simply tapping the switch again.
4. On some phones, you can also enable Wi-Fi Calling from the Quick settings panel. Just swipe down from the top of the screen using two fingers, and then tap the Wi-Fi Calling icon to turn it on.
