[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy ai has come a long way. There are so many tools to pick from, it feels like a whole new phone. I don't understand why it has 2 different message apps, 2 different and incompatible stores to pick from. The apps are overwhelming, there's a ton of them. Sometimes it's not clear on what they do. This is a very powerful phone, but 12 gig of ram is questionable for future proofing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the S24. Graphics are amazing, it's thin and light weight. The new colors are beautiful. I am a huge fan of the stylist. One of my favorite features is the ability to take a picture with the stylist. So convenient. Only downfall for me is the pictures and videos. It's helpful to have the expanded zoom but the picture quality in this zoom is not as portrayed in the commercials or the website. I would recommend overall though for the entire phone

Great especially when traveling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung user for the longest. The last phone I had prior, the company is already defunct which shows you how long I have been a loyal fan.
I specifically got the S24 Ultra for the AI feature. I travel a lot so the interpreter feature is important. Its been pretty acurate and have been able to communicate via e-mail, texting as well as in conversation. I really am satisfied when I travel.
I aldo use the phone for work; with all the different apps I have to install it works efficiently.
I am the only member in the family who is a Samsung user. The kids and spouse always tried to convert me but they haven't succeeded yet!

My OG Note S24 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly its a incredible device that has always performed for years, battery still lasts forever, the image quality is so clear when playing movies to games. I can always depend on this device on long business trips and excursions outsidethe country. Ill only own a Note, wish samsung will be the Note series Flag ship back.
