I get a new phone almost every year because of the quality of the phone the functionality the camera the ability to use it easily and the apps that it allows me to download for free
I use the Galaxy AI often and it's very user friendly get things done when I need to do it.

Very Good Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S24U is a very good device. It pretty much checks all of the boxes when it comes to a flagship device from very good cameras to Galaxy AI. My biggest complaint is that Samsung doesn't seem to be pushing the envelope anymore like they once did. I've had every flagship S and Note(some fold as well) device going back to the S4. Back when they were really innovating with their hardware waiting on the software to catch-up. Not that the software is almost perfect, the hardware has become stagnant. Give us the old Sammy back!

Disappointing Battery Life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Samsung Galaxy S20+ before upgrading to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. I upgraded specifically for the camera and battery life. I was charging my S20+ 2-3 times per day and I'm still charging my S24 Ultra 2-3 times per day. I expected more and I honestly feel something is wrong with this phone. I'm also disappointed we can no longer extend storage with an SD card. I didn't know this when I chose my storage capacity. If I had I would've paid for larger storage. On the bright side, the AI characteristics are cool.

Amazing phone with no difficulty of use

I absolutely love the galaxy series, I've had every one of them since the 6 active.
There is no comparison when it comes to the zoom features or taking pictures in the dark. The AI features are really cool and I love using it to tweak my photos without trying too hard.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the battery life of it's predecessor the s23 ultra was better, but its still margins ahead than the other companies.
