[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s24 ultra seems noticeably faster than my previous phone and a bit more intuitive. The camera is amazing. Both photo stills and action videos are smooth and clear. Size and weight feel the same as the predecessor. The flat screen is a huge improvement. The screen brightness while out in the sun is so much better. It's just a better faster phone. I haven't even gotten Into the AI stuff yet.

I am coming from a fold 4 and eager to get away from the foldable..and man did this jump feel right! The S24 Ultra is a magnificent phone from the feel, the technology,the battery life, did I mention the AI features yet? The camera is a masterpiece. My family went on a drive thru safari right after getting this phone and the pictures I got...even when zoomed in 50x..are down right impressive! And the tap to slow-mo feature from gallery videos is so cool! You can literally take any video in your gallery and view it in slow-mo...even if it wasn't taken that way! I am also a huge phone of the battery optimization features. Samsung really put an effort to show they care about the people who like to keep a phone beyond 2 years and those features should really help to extend battery life. Overall, I would not be able to recommend this phone to you enough. It is a game changer and you need to get it in your hands right now!

So far I really enjoy the S24 Ultra. I upgraded from the S22 Ultra mainly for battery life. The battery life has been outstanding so far. I really like the new flat display. I enjoyed the curved display but after using the S24 Ultra for about a week I like the flat display more. Love all the new features. Especially the new AI features. From my own personal perspective I think this is a perfect phone. It does everything I want it to and so much more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen 120hz is not real

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color of the screen is really bad. The black is gray and the color is all washed out. 120hz is not working properly. When you are in a videocall the screen ratio get even worst. Even the s21 ultra has better screen and the 120hz works constantly.

I truly regret getting this phone. Pre-ordered the Galaxy S24 Ultra and it has more software issues and bugs than any phone I've ever owned. If you play mobile games, expect ever game to freeze and force crash every time after a couple minutes playing. If you watch videos on your phone, expect the screen to flicker about a quarter in from the edge in an "L" shape. I could go on. Basically a reskinned Galaxy S22 Ultra with lots of bugs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the first time in my life, I am returning a phone. I've been a Samsung Galaxy user for many years. I had all versions of the Note line. My Galaxy Note 20 was stolen so I had to buy a new phone. I thought the S24 would be much better than Note 20. Nope! The picture/video quality is awful! I'm a content TikTok creator and I've only posted 4 videos of my account since my Note 20 was stolen ( March 8). The videos are dull and washed. Pictures are too bright or grainy. Apps don't work properly. Can't use TikTok for editing the way I want. Some apps are not even supported (it's an Android 16 issue, apparently). After the trauma of having my phone stolen and having to set up a new phone, the idea that I have to start from scratch...yet again! is traumatizing. How can the video quality be so horrible?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
