Your insights are appreciated, Jessica. We see that you are reaching out regarding the Watch6. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufactures defects through Samsung Care. We want to run through some troubleshooting steps with you. The first thing we ask that you do is make sure you perform a diagnostic on your watch to rule out the battery. To do so first, make sure your watch is connected to your phone, and then open Samsung Members. From the Discover tab, tap Diagnostics. Under the Connected device diagnostics section, tap Watch diagnostics. Now, tap the individual tests you want to perform. In this case, it will be a battery test. If the test passes, this will rule out that your battery is the source. I will be attaching a link that provides more options to troubleshoot your watch. If what you are experiencing persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for additional assistance. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community
High quality, bigger display than the 5. It's a great product, especially after getting a stainless steel band. It has a great look and very well made with excellent features. Samsung didn't disappoint
