Great watch for sports and health monitoring

The only thing I don't like it is the low duration of the battery and also I don't know if comes with galaxy Ai , I never learned how to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This, connected with my s23 ultra, is a flawless combo. While I do use the Galaxy AI in some features, like photo editing, I don't really use any of it on the watch, itself.
Instead, I mainly use the watch for all my work outs, the timer (for workouts, stage time, cooking and more), sleep tracking and occasional text and emails while my phone is out of sight.
I have actually NEEDED the "find my phone" feature, and showed a friend how to use the same feature when he lost his phone! This was an absolute life saver!
Love my watch! My only complaint is battery life. (I've had every series, released and they don't last more than a couple years, however, my wife still has her active watch from 10 years ago!)

Things work grate together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung watches as a daily driver for 4 years now And being able to upgrade to the Samsung AI just makes the experience even more seamless.
I love to use this watch when I work out it helps me with tracking my daily calories especially when I'm doing something more expensive like lifting weights or boxing. These are just some simple examples of what a Samsung Watch can do but a samsung phone cannot I'm so confident yes a phone can set up a possible accuracy of counting your calories for a workout but the watch really focuses on your heart rate and your monitoring during the workout.
But it's not my absolute favorite feature that would be able to track my sleep and get an idea of the quality of sleeps that I'm getting every night and how I can try and improve it. I find that these devices have helped me improve my life in those little ways that matter. The feature that I find the most interesting especially down my sleep schedule is seeing that it tracks my blood oxygen levels which have been very interesting for me to learn I thought I wasn't getting enough oxygen while sleeping looking at my blood oxygen levels everything looks like it's fine so that's decided to show me that maybe other habits of my life needed to change.

Future of Technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife purchased this for me as a gift as I had talked aboit getting one in the past. Im so glad she did. I love it. I like how it keeps track of your health and sports activities. I am a cycist. It does an amazing job of tracking my heart rate miles and routes. It almost does a better job than my bike computer. This is an amazing piece of technology. I highly recommend it for anyone who is thinking about getting one.

Email, texting, phone, communication with contacts, time -as a watch, date, all in touch with what's going on. Good battery life to carry through the while day. Even health information-steps, cardio, and EKG.
