[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the watch for exercise tracking and instant message replies. It lags at both of those.
The steps count is far from accurate, and the software lags too much to use for messaging or phone calls.

Thanks for taking the opportunity to share your experience with using your Samsung Galaxy Watch6. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a device that is not functioning properly. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Some watch apps need to be installed on both your watch and phone to function. Because of this, if an app acts funny on your phone, it could act funny on your watch as well. If the app is unstable, the app may not open, frequently crash or freeze, or becomes unresponsive. To fix the problem, try restarting your watch and phone, and check for updates. Uninstall the app if issues persist, but it may be necessary to reset the watch. There are different factors that can cause the watch's step count to be inaccurate. However, you may need to verify how your steps are being counted by Samsung Health. Please feel free to review the resources that have been linked below to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I've had it a couple years, still works like new. I'm a welder, I work w it on. Swam many times w it on. It's just the bluetooth model, but I've loved it! Big upgrade from my previous watch, the Samsung watch 3.
