The battery life is awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this watch late last year, and was excited because I really liked the band color and the plating face edge. I set it up and download my wallpaper preferences just like on watch 4 and 5. But about a week into wearing it, I noticed that I'm having to put it on the charger every evening around bed time. I then switched back to my watch 4, and noticed that it still had battery life after a few days. Plus the watch band itself gets bled on by other fabrics, so it's not even white any more. For the cost of this watch, it's very disappointing that I can't even wear this watch through the night to monitor my sleep. And the watch band is horrible too. Now if I get the watch 7, I hope it comes with the Galaxy AI option. That would be great, especially when I start traveling overseas....

If you are experiencing shortened battery life, there are some options you can take that don't require bringing in your device to get serviced. The first thing we recommend is to perform a diagnostic on your watch's battery to ensure that it is in good condition. If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. Next, make sure to update your watch to the latest software update available. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Best for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had almost all of the series watches and they get better every year. The series 6 for me right now is the perfect watch. I've got the smaller one and still the battery lasts me 2 to 3 days. I trust it's workout insights as I go to the gym frequently and I've dinged it on so many machines and it's still perfect. The glass as super strong and not a scratch on the body itself. It's also thin enough where it's not in the way, I go back and fourth between analog watches and even with all that hardware it's light and breathable as much as an analog. The screen gets super bright as well, even with the dark colors on the screen they pop out and I have no trouble seeing it in the sunlight. I got my mom and my sister one for Christmas because I knew they would benefit from the cool features this watch has to offer. I just can't wait for AI features to be available to me as I use them already on my tablet and phone! I only wish the watch came in more colors on the body, I love matching it to my cases or outfits so I'd wish there were customisable options.

New Favorite Accessory

I find it very easy to use and I can sync it with any fitness and/or wellness app. I love all the customization options and the fact that I can use the AI to answer my random questions throughout the day.

Great watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch works great but the battery life is not like the original watches. I have to charge this one daily if I keep all the features on. I was used to my old watch not having to be charged so often. Other than the battery life it does work amazing. I have broken the screen protector on it more than once though. My last one had the bezel to help make protect the screen.

The Perfect Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 2 to the 6 watch and I only wish i would have sooner! The features and new system with the Watch 6 are easier to use than ever! I've always most appreciated the activity tracker. That really keeps me active and in competition with my husband!
Also, i didn't previously use the sleep tracker. I really enjoy seeing how much sleep i actually get. It has helped me make huge personal adjustments. It's like having a fitness coach by your side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my watch. I use it everyday and sometimes if I am able to I wear it at night to track my sleep habits. It picks up on when I'm walking, or scootering or anything like that which is awesome for my workouts. I can text I can call I can listen to music and I love it.
