My Goldilocks Earbuds

I've had a lot of different headphones/buds from JBL over the years but these are my favorite. This is my third or fourth pair of these earbuds. Not because they broke, but because I lost my first pair, put another through the wash and dryer, and loaned another pair to a friend and never got them back!
I keep coming back to these for three reasons. The battery life, the comfy fit, the overall quality for the price. The battery life is just great and they charge back up quick, what more could you ask for? I have small/weird ears (??) and a lot of normal in-ear buds won't fit or will hurt after just a few minutes of use. If you have a hard time finding comfortable in-ear buds, give these a try! Lastly, for the sound quality and the mic quality and just overall durability of these earbuds you can't beat the price anywhere else.
JBL is a high quality brand in the first place, so I'm always impressed by their prices, but these are probably some of the best quality buds in their price range across many brands. These really are my Goldilocks buds! I hope they keep releasing updated versions/colors of this design for years to come.

Audio fades in and out at during video meetings

I have used this product for a week and noticed the audio fades out for over 30 seconds almost every 8-10 minutes when I am on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed and will be returning. Other than that, works great, the microphone connects well with phones and laptops. It has a solid sound for the price.

Love it, works great, can sleep with them

Very happy with these. Can’t use wired ones anymore due to lack of headphone jack. I wanted a pair that connected to each other so I could sleep with them and worry less about losing them. But most wireless ones that are connected to each other are the silicone ones that fill your ears which wasn’t comfortable for sleeping on my side. These are very comfortable.
Plus, they will automatically power off after no activity for a while, which is a double bonus since I’m not awake to turn them off. And the sound quality is pretty good to boot.

bluetooth multi connect not working properly

I bought these just to experience bluetooth multi connect feature... But i am disappointed, the headset dosent switch to 2nd device smoothly some times it works but mostly i hear no sound after i switch to 2nd device... also many devices find it very hard to discover for the first time.

Love these earbuds!

I bought these earbuds over a year ago. They still work perfectly! They have great sound quality. I use them for listening to music, watching videos, and phone calls. The cord connecting the two earbuds is longer than I expected, but it's good because if I'm wearing something with a collar or hood I can tuck the cord underneath and it stays nice and secure. I searched a long time for earbuds this shape and without the gummy things, and I'm happy to say these fit in my ears pretty well and are comfortable. Pairing is quick and easy. The quickstart guide included in the packaging was helpful and made it easy to understand the buttons' functions. I got the blue color and it is really nice. They charge quickly, and only need 5 minutes of charging to make them last for an hour if they've died. They have never tangled once in all the time I've had them. I highly recommend these!

Great with realistic expectations!!

I was worried that these headphones would end up in the junk drawer based off of previous reviews and the lack of unbiased YouTube reviews. But I’m glad that I purchased these!! Overall would buy again.
Battery life is accurate at about 15-16 hours on a single charge at 50% volume.
Speaking of volume, when fitted properly, the volume is typical for other JBL products, with 50% being comfortable, and 75% volume being nearly uncomfortable.
Fitment seems to be an issue for some. These fit similar to Apple EarPods with the main difference being the rubberized coating versus the high gloss of EarPods. These make an excellent Bluetooth replacement for Apple’s corded counterparts at roughly the same price.
Bluetooth 5.0 will initially result in the expected video latency. But that seemed to have mostly resolved itself after adjusting my device settings.
Sound quality is excellent for what these are: a direct Bluetooth replacement for standard wired earbuds. The sound signature is balanced, which may explain the negative reviews. Buyers in this segment are typically looking for a V shaped sound signature. Once I adjusted the EQ on my device, and properly fit them, all of my fears went away.
Occlusion. If you’re not a fan of occlusion, then these open design headphones should work just fine! They worked well on a run, and I didn’t experience the stethoscope sounds I normally get with TWS headphones.
My only nit pick is with the cable… not about the length, but with the use of flat cables between the earbud and battery pack. The flat cables cause the earbuds to flex in the wrong direction, sometimes resulting in the earbuds moving in or out of the ear. I would like to see round cables closer to the ear.
I think these headphones would also benefit from a cable clip to keep the battery pack from sliding to one side.
Waterproofing would be a nice addition as well.
In all, I’m happy with my purchase, and believe there’s a place for headphones like these for those that have longer workouts, or need to be able to hear their surroundings without a transparent mode.
They’re simple to use, and easy to replace if lost or broken.
If a more outdoor oriented model existed, I would happily buy or review.

Sound good but fall out of ears

I bought these some time ago to replace my 25bt's which I really liked, but they are no longer available from JBL. The sound is good if you can get them to stay in your ears, they don't work for me unless I'm sitting still. Luckily my 25bt's started working again after they thoroughly dried out

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Disappointed

I was hoping for something so much better from a very good company but am pretty disappointed with this product. They do not stay in my ears properly and they do not clip together as they should. The sound is fine but i have to crank my phone up all the way to hear properly. I wish i would have chosen another brand.
