Loose fit

I got these for Christmas and I cannot get them to stay in my ears. I have tried everything I can think of, reread the instructions several times and nothing!

Great Sound Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a week ago and so far they are A1 quality. Specially since I have sensitive ear drums. The bass is perfect for me and not to mention all of the awesome features it has, like the quick charge.

Great bass and clear vocals!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of sound surprised me! Deep bass and clear vocals make for a pleasant listening experience. The controls are different from any other headset I've ever used with the three button setup the controls are really easy to get acclimated to. The quick charge feature is crazy! 10 mins charge for 1 hour play time with a 16 hour total capacity! Nice! They work great with my Google Voice Assistant and the multi point connection which allows me to keep them connected to my phone for calls/music while simultaneously staying connected to my laptop for Webex meetings/evaluating my employees.They are light weight and after a while you don't realize that they're even there. Great pick up!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cord is too long and the ear pieces will not stay in my ear, especially when running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Quality But...

The earbuds are great quality, however they mostly fall out of the ear when you turn your head. Unlike previous earbuds I have worn these also hurt my ears after a while, which is probably due to no rubber parts to provide a soft fit.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Disappointed, they keep falling from my ear. Sound is good but would not recommend these.

Excellent Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the JBL TUNE 215BT wireless headset a few weeks ago and have been enjoying them regularly at work and for going on walks. The biggest feature that stands out to me compared to other bluetooth headphones is the battery.
Normally, battery life is almost always an issue with bluetooth headphones only lasting a few hours. The TUNE 215BT's batter life has been excellent. It is advertised as lasting 16 hours and takes under 2 hours to fully charge. I have gotten several days use out of a single charge. It also has a rapid charge feature that can get an hour worth of battery life with only a 10 minutes of charging. I don't find myself using that feature often since the battery can easily last all day, but it is nice if you forget to charge it.
The sound quality is good, but with the addition of the other main feature which is the Pure Bass Sound, it has noticeably enhanced bass for such small earbuds. The external design of the headphones appear very similar to another company's design you are probably familiar with.
The only things holding the TUNE 215BT back from a 5-star rating for me, would be the comfort and how secure they fit in my ears. Your results may vary since everyone's ears are different. These headphones are not uncomfortable, but I have used other earbuds that are certainly more comfortable and better fitting for my ears.
There is a cord that permanently connects the two speakers which houses the battery, microphone, volume and control buttons; and it works great used as a hands free headset for phone calls.
Overall, I like these headphones. They have good sound and a battery that you don't have to worry about for all-day listening!
