SO I HAVE BOUGHT 5 PAIRS OF THESE THE EARBUDS SOUND GOOD AND ARE VERY COMFY IN MY EARS THAT'S ABOUT ALL THE GOOD QUALITIES, NOW FOR THE BAD. NOW WHEN I USE THE APP FEATURES THEY DO NOT REALLY WORK YOU CANNOT EQ THESE BUDS FOR SOME REASON WHEN I ACTIVATE NOISE CANCELLING OR ANY SPECIAL FEATURE IN THE APP THE BUDS SOUND VERY POOR BEYOND POOR I THINK MUDDY WOULD BE A GOOD WORD TO USE. THEY CASE IS STUPID IT DRAINS BATTERY EVEN IF NOT IN USE I LEAVE THE CASE AT HOME THAT'S HOW MUCH I HATE IT IT'S LITERALLY USELESS I WISH I COULD SHUT IT OFF BECAUSE I THINK THE CASE IS CONFLICTING WITH THE EARBUDS PERFORMANCE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok here i go where to start, the EQ makes a scratch sound every time i try to adjust the sound but the sound just stays the same. The ANC is very poor it totally ruins the sound like you're underwater or something. The spatial sound is horrible once activated the sound gets really bad and scratchy. The smart case is totally stupid it drains battery even when its not in use and there is no way to shut it off. I have had this problem with 3 other tour pro 2 i returned them all JBL really blew it with these things i think they sent a whole batch to canaduh tomorrow i will get a 4th pair most likely because best buys no refund policy. Anyhow i would not wish these on my worst enemy my whole experience with these has been nothing but negative and i hope no one buys these i had a similar experience with the Live Free 2 but at least all the functions worked.
