I did like the fact that the ink was included and it was an easy set up. It only took me about 5 mins to get the thing going. However, I did not like the fact that no USB Cord was included in the kit. I didn't realize that untill i got it home with me, and I had to go buy one in order to connect my printer to my computer. I think that along side of the box the company should put. Will need your own USB Cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Soooo, the first question that I was asked was would I recommend this printer to a friend. I responded with NO!! I was very upset with the fact that the printer did not come with an essential item that would allow it to function. That item being the USB cord. I have not bought a printer in a while, but I do seem to remember a of the parts being in the box when I got the printer. For me to have had to go back to the store to get a USB cord is rediculous. And since this particular brand that I have is not wireless, it makes it even more ridiculous. I mean, you may as well not have given the consumer the power cord...I mean you cant use it either way. And just to know that there are other brands of printers that actually come with all the parts, why would I recommend a friend to buy one of these. Nothing against the printer though.
And I fully understand the business portion of it... it just doesnt look good to the average shopper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once again, a great product! This is my 5th Epson, love them all, replaced only by updated features, but all still working and passed on to others to use.
Easy, straight-forward, affordable with excellent quality in printed documents and images.
I recommend this to any home office, home busines can handle fairly high traffic for reports, docs, etc.

I have had other brands of printers but nothing prints like an Epson. The setup was simple, as it should be. I would recommend the NX 127 or any Epson printer to anyone. I give a five star platinum rating.

I saw a screen that had never seen before"Your printer has reached the limits on certain parts." I ran a printer to its limits.2005 -2010 that's a good run, anyway I'm in the middle of a job you don't make the cx4600 anymore and I have a brand new unopened set of cartridges. So I go to the store to get cartridges for a printer sitting in the closet (not Epson) and I find the cartridges are only $30.00 less than a brand new NX127. I buy the new printer and Epson you have never let me down . The hook up was standard. The only problem I had was getting the cartridges charged, but my prints look great. The next day I call Customer Service and they fix me up with an exchange for cartridges for me new machine. Thank you from a long time Epson user. WM
