USB cable

Why in the world would you sell me a printer without the USB cable. Now I have to make another to trip to the store to be able to print.

evrything was easy to setup the only thing is when I went to print the paper jammed ,there was asmall foam rubber thing about 4 inches long caught in the wheels it was oily feeling.I removed it and works fine now I hope it wasn't important!

Mine came with my new Windows 7 computer. I had some challenge getting the driver to load. I had to go to Epson to get the driver download even though the disk said it was compatible with Windows 7. Once I did that everything on the printer/scanner/copier worked great.

Excellent replacement

After 6 years of trouble free operation, my CX3810 finally gave up the ghost. I debated changing to another mfgr, but decided to stay with Epson. The price (on sale) sealed the deal because for home use, printers today are almost disposable, given the cost of ink replacements. Installation was straight forward. The software checked for, downloaded and installed the latest drivers automatically. I had not uninstalled the old Epson software and to my surprise, the new software was installed and chosen as the default not only for the new printer, but also for the new scanner software, making all operations seamless. I use my printer for everyday home use, no mass projects. I am looking for quality printing from a reliable machine, which I found with the last Epson. Upon first printing, it seems that this machine will fit the bill.

VERY SLOW, BUT I PAID LESS FOR THE PRINTER AND INK THEN I CAN PURCHASE A COMBO PACK. THE PRINT QUALITY IS GOOD. JUST WIST WAS QUIET AND FASTER.

Great machine. Does everything very well. Easy installation.
Have not used all the features yet but I have faith.
