The agent was of limited help with the problem

Service was convenient, but did not completely solve the problem of why my hard drive memory was almost full with only a few programs. I was also double billed for the service and it was very difficult to contact anyone at Best Buy/Geek Squad to get a refund, which is still pending.

What's great about it: convenient
What's not so great: computer still had limited memory issue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
