1. Does it come with a power cord? 2. Can headphones be used on this monitor?
It comes with a power cord (and an hdmi cord and i believe a VGA cord? which I'm not using). The monitor doesn't have speakers or a headphone jack.

The screen has a matte finish so yeah I'd say it's pretty glare free.
