Good protection but very slippery

Got this case on clearance for $3. Great buy for the price as it provides pretty good protection around all four corners of my iPhone where it gets most scratches. The case is very thick so the phone feels much heavier and thicker with the case on. The only thing I don't like about it is the back of the case has no texture or whatsoever, making it supper slippery and hard to have a tight grip - it glides super easily on a desk!

A great steal on clearance

Had been keeping an eye for a Chi flat iron, so when I noticed one sitting on the Clearance table as 50% off, I grabbed it in no time. Got it for $50 and for its great performance, what a steal. Heats up within 20 seconds once plugged in and ready to use. The end of the cord connecting the iron turns automatically as you turn the iron (to create curls), which makes it super easy to maneuver. Beware of its design though, for people who concern this, that the entire top part (the functioning part) gets hot inside out so if you're attempted to touch the surface of the iron when straightening or curling, you might hurt yourself. I guess the purpose for this is to evenly distribute the heat when you use it to curl your hair.
Overall a very nice flat iron suitable for hair curling purposes. It's got a great selection of design and patterns as well.

My family was constantly on the road for the past year for travel and business. Have tried some other more affordable models and eventually came down to this one for its unbeatable performance. Gives out advanced alert sufficient enough to slow down speed before falling under laser guns' radius with no false alarms. But reliability across units (of the same model) is questionable. For some reason I've had three and one of them constantly either gave me false alarms or failed to pick up signals from laser guns. Returned that one. Overall a very decent detector and for the price, not bad as a long-term investment for people always on the go or residing in an area with heavy police presence.
