I still own a laptop computer made by Dell. It runs Windows 7 Professional in a reasonably quick manner. But Surface 3 from Microsoft doubles as both tablet and notebook PC. It is fast, lightweight, with a thin profile and terrific speed. Both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are first-rate operating systems I would take over Google apps any day.
