Purchased geek squad product replacement for a Swagtron T1 hoverboard. The first time my kids took the hoverboard outside, the housing cracked.
Contacted geek squad and found out the geek squad product replacement that I'd purchased was a complete waste of a hundred bucks and doesn't cover physical damage. Now I'm out $450 and my kids can't even use the hoverboard. This will definitely be my last purchase from best buy.
