The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. They were so professional and polite. They did an awesome job and were in and out of my home in less than 15-20 minutes. I tried to tip them but they said they weren't allowed to accept tips. I hope that means that Best Buy pays their installers well.

I love that I can wash bigger size loads and I love the built in sink. The only thing I had to get used to was bumping my head on the built in sink when reaching in to the bottom of drum to remove washed clothes.

I would not purchase this television again. Very poor audio to picture quality. We have to turn the tv off occasionally to get it back in sync. Very aggravating! Even the settings don't correct it! Bought a sound bar to use with it but made it much worse so disconnected it completely.

I purchased the Mi-Fi Liberate for a supplement to our satelite Internet. It works okay but kept turning off while I was on the Internet. I returned to store within the first week asking to get out of two year contract because I wasn't happy. The person told me to take the battery out and reboot and it would be fine. So, I had to do that at least two to three times per day! I then called AT&T support and he told me to push the reset button on the back of the unit. That helped for a week or so and now I have to remove the battery and reboot almost every morning! I took back to the store just under 30 days asking to get out of the contract again but was told the policy was 15 days! So now I am stuck with the unit for two years! I am not happy and recommend to anyone that gets one to make sure the are very happy with it within the 15 day period or be stuck!
What's great about it: Internet works when it is on.
What's not so great: Won't stay on!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
