MONSTER products have been advertised for years as "premium" products, but I find most of them to be junk. From the old gold-plated Audio/Video Cables to a simple 3.5mm audio cable, they just dont work as well as competing and even cheaper brands. This surge protector works fine though. No problems, but nothing special about it either. So dont spend any extra money for the brand.

This mouse features 3 standard buttons, programmable back and forward buttons and side-to-side scrolling for simple navigation and personalization. The soft rubber grips and deep contours offer comfortable extended use.

The USB Unifying receiver works with other devices

I bought this because I have a Logitech Keyboard that also uses the Unifying receiver (which was lost). The one that comes with this mouse connects both devices so it did the job. I do not find the side buttons to be useful, and after the initial sync the software is optional.
