Results for me have been better than I expected. Each morning I get on the wireless internet enabled scale and in 10 secs my weight and BMI is uploaded to Fitbit website. When I get to work I open the fitbit webpage and log into my personal dashboard. I can even let my wife or other family and friends track my progress or keep it private. Important for me is using Fitbit's calorie management feature, where I manually enter meals and my calories are tracked against a calculated daily limit based on my chosen goal. In about a month I lost 15 lbs on my way to a 35 lb total drop in weight. I just went from Obese to Overweight on the FitBit web page graph. This product is for the self-disciplined person willing to lose weight by eating less and/or increasing physical activity over time.
What's great about it: Goal based web site tracking of BMI/Weight, meals and activity.
What's not so great: Adding foods is a litle complicated and time consuming.
