Wait, there is one more thing to ask which is why this rating is less than excellent. It would have been nice if the product maker finds a way to get the steam-turned-hot-water to come back down the steamer! or at the very least, make it easy to dispense the steam-turned-hot-water. I have to place a non-plastic bowl next to it where I can dispense the steam-turned-hot-water after quickly removing the lid. CAUTION: Hot water so it can burn through plastic and scald skin on contact.

I was soooo excited to buy this when it was on Deal of the Day only to get disappointed with the performance of the features I bought it to begin with. The video is horribly lagging on the app even after I upgraded to gig-speed internet which I thought was the reason for the lag. And the 2-way audio is not really 2-way. One would have to wait for the other to finish, wait for 5 seconds, before the other one can talk. My kids were excited at first but got disappointed immediately with this audio malfunc. Had to return the product. Sticking with the non-pro I have which improved video speed/quality after I upgraded to gig-speed internet.

I ordered this on June 8 2018 when it was on probably the lowest price it can get on clearance. It arrived yesterday and boy my kids were thrilled to see the lights. They'll take the fan to any USB port they can find: at their laptops, outlets, portable chargers, etc. They'll just look at the lights and giggle and stick their fingers through the blades. Had I anticipated the effect of this on my kids, I would have bought 20 of them as they'll be perfect as giveaway at my daughter's upcoming birthday in July! I'll watch for price drop from time to time to see if it comes down to the same price I bought it.
