I’m told you can do custom pictures but I haven’t found file size, format, etc.

would this graphics card be compatible with windows vista?

when i went to compare this with the nvidia ti i saw this graphics card is compatible with windows 7 and 8.1 but im not so sure about this?

From my experience, you stick with Nvidia if you have Intel CPU. If you have AMD CPU, then you get the ATI card. I've returned two Nvidia cards because of fluke incompatibilities running games mixing Nvidia with AMD cpus.
