Bought this because my old Honeywell was defective. Had to bring in electrician to install because of upgrade. Have had in for three weeks and I love it. The app was easily installed and with registration complete I am in control from home or anywhere else. Especially love the circulating feature of fan which moves air without engaging unit. Will get my first electric bill next week -looking forward to savings. All this and 100 back from Mass Save. Great value all around. Who needs more expensive Nest?

Overall a wasted opportunity to build on British vetsion.Some aspects of the plot were far fetched even for Sci Fi. Special effects were well done but should have been main focus of series. Characters were one dimensional due to poor writing. Too bad wasted a proven premise.

My window is very short. about 19". What is the minimum length of window it will still fit this AC dual hose bracket? What is the length of the bracket that hold the two holes, without using the bracket extensions?
Unfortunately while I purchased this unit last fall/winter I have yet to have it installed. I have a contractor coming the first weerk of May to do install. He ha measurements and is cutting a clear piece of plex-glass to allow light into window. I will speak to him about specifics but I can tell you my window is also short- no more than 15" wide and he says it will fit no problem. Sorry I cant be more specific -I will post something when installed. Thank you.
