While I had to set it up for my 80 year old mom, once I did, she found it easy to use. She loves not having a cable bill and watching all her shows on Hulu, Amazon and Netflix. Apps available for regular stations as well which is something you don't find on the Smart TVs. I will probably end up getting one for my house too.

OK I knew going in this was a bad movie (my recollection was it was fun, but I don't know what kind of drugs I was on in the 80s or 90s when this came out but...) Worse is that the movie does not fill the screen! I think it was adapted for square TVs or something, but today's TVs are rectangular -- so it had a thick black border around it making the picture a LOT smaller than the TV screen. Save the $5, buy a coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Keyboard for ipad

This is a great little keypad for ipad -- I use it to take minutes at work. Only two minor problems -- very short charging cord (like less than 12") and I wish you could set to time out instead of having to remember to shut it off and turn it on. But again very minor. Keys depress and board acts like a cover when not in use.

Do I need a roku console to use a roku stick in the house?
No, you do not. just a usb port on the TV

How big is the iPad slot?
Will an iPad air in an otter box defender case fit into the slot?
Slot seems to be the exact width of the iPad (I have an early gen) so that it will stand up (no case). I do not think it would work with an Otter box, but I am not sure on the width of the Air.
