Air Purifier Fights Allergens & Enhances Comfort

INTRODUCTION
The Shark - Air Purifier 6 with Advanced Odor Lock and Fumes Lock is a machine that exceeds expectations & is a most welcome addition to our home. It measures 32" High X 17" Wide X 9" Deep. I chose it to fight Allergens because of it's Multi-Filters. It delivered that & so much more than I anticipated!
Featuring 6) high output fans that expel air out the sides while intaking air through the HEPA rear-mounted filter, it is clearly designed for a large room. Shark recommends it for a room up to 230 square feet.
Touch the large round button on the remote, or the touch sensitive panel to start the Shark. It sniffs out the air, determines the level of impurities & displays this on a large easy-to-read number on the front panel. The unit begins in Auto mode, where the fans start up on the 1st of 4 speeds. As the built-in Clean Sense IQ detects Allergens & other air impurities, greater air purification is required. The fans automatically accelerate up to the appropriate speed.
THEATRICAL AIR CIRCULATION
I was "Blown Away" by how much more comfortable a large room feels with this Air Purifier in operation. I placed it within the specified 3" from a side wall in our 17' X 30' Home Theatre (510 Square Feet). The Theatre is in the basement, so the temperature is steady but air seldom moves, unless the HVAC is heating or cooling the house. The 6) fans are so powerful, it circulates air & adds a very comfortable feel to the room, augmented by the moving air flow.
For maximum circulation, choose Fan Speed #4 from the remote. The remote has a long range & reaches the Tower 30 feet away, on the other side of the room. However, Fan Speed #4 moves so much air, that the sound of moving air can interfere with a movie or concert in the Theatre, unless that program material is loud. So I choose Fan Speed #2 or #3 & the results are ideal. All fan speeds are incredibly quiet, considering the CFM (Cubic Feet / Minute) that it outputs.
The large Air Quality Display circled by a ring that changes color, based on Air Quality, is adjustable from the remote from Full Brightness, to Dim, to Dark (Off). This is perfect for a dark bedroom or theatre, as the bright light could otherwise prove a distraction. See attached photos. Click on the Air Info button for details about pollutants in the air.
CONCLUSION
The Shark Air Purifier 6 is the highest quality Air Purifier I have experienced. Yet it achieves so much more than simply clean the air. It actually makes the room feel more comfortable by circulating the air, because of the 6) high power fans. I highly recommend this premium quality product!

Precision Top-Of-The-Line Tweezer

CONCLUSION:
I had no clue that such a precision tweezer existed before experiencing the Tweezerman Slant Tweezer. It is offered in a choice of colors. As you see in my photos, I chose Midnight Sky. These tweezers far exceeded my expectations & I highly recommend them!

Precision Top-Of-The-Line Trimmer

The Bevel - Cordless Professional Grade Hair and Beard Trimmer is a professional machine that is so far superior to the best models from all of the highly advertised competitive name brands, it is difficult to describe.
This Trimmer produces precise lines in your hair, without a miss or an inexact result. It is perfectly balanced, made out of metal, not plastic & is clearly built to last. The shape is unlike any other trimmer I have owned, for a good reason: it allows you to get a serious grip on the rubber surface very near the blade that is just above the 12-sided aluminum body. This rubber grip is extremely important, because it provides a non slip surface.
Amazingly, despite tremendous power, this trimmer does not heat up on a lengthy job. It literally keeps its cool.
The blade snaps off without the use of tools. Snap it off & adjust to zero gap without touching a screwdriver.
The rechargeable battery is rated at 6+ hours of continuous use. I used this trimmer for 5 consecutive days & the battery has not shown the first sign of needing a charge, so the factory claim appears to be correct. It can stand for 180 days without use & still hold its charge.
There is no painful hair pulling, a customary occurrence with lesser trimmers when their batteries weaken. This pain free trim is mostly due to the extremely high speed 6000 strokes / minute.
CONCLUSION:
This Bevel Trimmer raises the bar for the best trimmer that I have ever experienced, both at home & at a barber. I am thrilled with it's performance & recommend it unequivocally!

Budget Priced Cordless Stick Vacuum

The RAYCOP - Omni Power UV+ Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum includes a separate brush head with built-in germ killing UV light. I own the Dyson Stick Vacuum V11 Absolute, the Dyson V10 Absolute, and Qty: 3) Dyson V8 Absolute. Here is a summary of the Pro's & Con's of this Stick Vacuum as compared with the Dyson Stick Vacuums:
PRO'S:
1- Color (White) is Beautiful / Clean looking & Modern. I prefer the White look to the Black, Gold, and orange of my other stick vacuums.
2- Cost. The RAYCOP is half the cost of the Dyson V10 Absolute & $100 lower than half the cost of the V11 Absolute. The RAYCOP is approximately the same cost as the Dyson V8, which was introduced around 2016.
3- Carpet / Hardwood Dual Brush Head converts with the touch of your foot.
4- Wall Hanging Bracket Included.
5- Removable Rechargeable Battery.
6- The 4) filters are washable; no need to replace them.
7- A Sanitizing Vacuum head is included. I tried it on bathroom floors. It is designed to kill germs by the onboard UV bulb. I have no way to evaluate it's effectiveness.
CON'S:
1- Loud, high pitch noise is very irritating. It is substantially louder than any Dyson.
2- The wall mount does not integrate with the power cord needed to charge the vacuum. You hang the vacuum on the wall bracket, then plug / unplug the power cord separately. Unlike the Dyson, which not only integrates the charging power cord in the wall mount, it actually hides the wire for a premium quality appearance, the RAYCOP requires the entire length of the wire to show in a messy, unsightly manner on your wall.
3- Removing / reinstalling the dust bin illustrates the biggest lack of engineering in the design. It is a snapping catch that requires 2 hands and a lot of patience. It is the opposite of the click, handsfree one button release on the Dyson.
4- Push the power button with your thumb on the RAYCOP (rather than a common sense traditional trigger), then wait for the motor to start. This is the only vacuum I have used that has such a long delay between pushing the Start button & hearing the motor start.
Need more power or doubt if you pushed it fully because the motor has not started yet? Press it a second time. Need still more power? Press it a third time. Want to switch to lower power to extend battery life? You have to keep pressing the power button until you cycle back to the beginning.
By contrast, the Dyson V11 switches 3 speeds automatically, depending on the torque actually needed by the brush head, or touch a button to manually override the automatic function. The V8 features a thumb selector switch for instant direct access to the various speeds.
5- Battery Life. I get 20 minutes, unless I keep the power to the lowest speed. In that case, I get approximately 30 minutes of battery life. RAYCOP claims 40 minutes.
6- Lift the brush head off if the floor and the motor stops on the brush head! I at first thought the unit was defective, as this eliminates the possibility of vacuuming any surface except horizontal. Dangle the head & tilt it the right way & it starts again.
7- The plastic crevasse tool attachment appears fragile & I doubt it will survive an active household.
8- The battery snaps into the vacuum head & makes electrical contact with it. Due to apparent build quality issues, I had to install & remove the battery from the plastic brush head multiple times before securing a dependable electrical connection. After pressing the battery very firmly into the vacuum head approximately 10 times, the electric power from the battery finally allowed the vacuum head to start.
9- Power, even on the 3rd (highest power) level, is less than the Dyson V8, yet the motor is screaming.
10- The 4) filters are a pain to deal with when emptying the vacuum.
11- The attachments, such as the extension tube & brush head, require you to push & hold a release button while inserting the attachments. This is awkward & requires a 2-hand maneuver.
12- The UV Head does not swivel, making proper cleaning difficult.
13- Only one battery is included. RAYCOP negated the benefit of a removable battery by not including a second battery. This would have properly addressed the short battery life issue, as well.
14- To check the battery level, you have to turn the vacuum on, then observe the 3) battery condition LED's. The Dyson & other brands feature a battery indicator that does not require energizing the vacuum.
15- The dual power Brush Head is more narrow than the Dyson, making the RAYCOP better suited as a quick picker-upper than as a vacuum for your entire floor, as this vacuum will require more passes, due to the narrow head.
16- The balance of weight on your hand is awkward. Unlike any Dyson, where the balance is engineered for low effort support, holding the RAYCOP is a chore, as your hand is constantly attempting to support the vacuum at the angle necessary to vacuum the floor. The location of the removable battery, the vacuum head & the dual brush do not appear to have been located in such a way as to achieve a balanced integrated unit.
CONCLUSION:
The RAYCOP Omni Power UV+ Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum appears to target the low budget portion of the Stick Vacuum market. It offers some attractive features for the price. The primary selling points are the low price & the Germ killing UV Light. However, anyone considering this vacuum may wish to research the effectiveness of UV light & the amount of time the light needs to be over the surface area to actually kill germs. Due to the noise level, the difficult to remove dirt chamber, the inability to operate the Power Head on vertical surfaces & other aforementioned drawbacks, I do not recommend this Stick Vacuum.

The Philips Norelco Ultimate Beard and Hair Trimmer Series 9000 is the most precise trimmer for facial hair that I have ever owned. It looks & feels like a top quality instrument. The case is a combination of stainless steel & rubber. Instructions advise you to hold it by the rubber portion (year the blade) for precise control.
This trimmer offers an easy to rotate thumb wheel to set the trimmer depth precisely. This is an amazing feature! Simply dial in the chosen depth & run it across your beard and mustache. It trims all hairs longer than the set depth with incredible accuracy. See this thumb dial on the photos I posted.
* I have used this trimmer for a week & the rechargeable battery is still going.
* The included black, zippered case is perfect for travel.
* Easy clean up by holding the trimmer under the tap. It is waterproof.

Blazing Speed, Quiet Office Scanner

The Epson - WorkForce ES-500W II Wireless Duplex Desktop Document Scanner is my favorite appliance in my Home Office. It has a very small footprint (6.6" Wide) & blends with any office decor.
I was shocked on my first scan by the speed & resolution of the image! The paper zoomed through the scanner, producing a beautiful image of BOTH SIDES of the paper!
There are many options: Scan to Print, to Desktop, to Dropbox, to Email, just to name a few. Scan JPEG, PDF, and many other options.
Load up to 50 pages at once & work as it scans both sides simultaneously at up to 35 copies / minute (black) or slightly slower for color. I set my DPI to 300. It came default at 200 DPI & will go as high as 1200 DPI.
I elected to connect this scanner wirelessly using WIFI, rather than USB. The Wireless Networking capability is amazing! Equally simple to connect on both my Windows 10 & my MacOS 10.14.6 without using USB. I can access it from another computer in the house over 50 feet away using WIFI.
It is QUIET! You can have a Zoom Meeting while this Scanner is working without conflict. Easy to identify LED's show connectivity on the front panel. Please see 6) photos I posted that show this scanner in use on my desk.
CONCLUSION: The Epson WorkForce ES-500W II is the BEST Office Scanner I have ever owned & I have owned virtually every brand in existence. It is my favorite appliance in my office & I recommend it without reservation!

Powerful Blender with Contemporary Styling

INTRODUCTION:
The GE - 5-Speed 72-Oz. Blender - Stainless Steel is a compact appliance that enhances the looks of any bar or kitchen. It features a powerful 1,000 Watt motor, a knob for speed selection & a pulse switch. The stainless steel design blends perfectly with virtually any brand of major appliance.
GE solved the traditional problem of compact blenders: they usually walk across the counter when blending at high speed & tend to tip over when full. Not this beast! The 4) over-achieving suction cups on the base lock it to your countertop & assure there will be no movement or tipping whatsoever. In fact, try to move the blender an inch or 2 across your counter. You can't do it! You have to pry the blender up on all 4) corners, releasing it from the counter top, relocate it to the desired position, then sit it down. This slight inconvenience is well worth it, considering you will never have to chase the blender or steady it from tipping over!
The stainless knob & switches are accented by chrome. This is a small detail with major appearance enhancement! This fine detail gives the appearance of a high end product, one that you are proud to leave on prominent display.
On the back of the blender is an upper & lower cord retaining bracket, making the power cord completely disappear, yet allowing for quick and easy cord access. Brilliant design!
THE CARAFE:
At first, I was concerned about not having the glass carafe that has long been the traditional blender design. So I Googled "Tritan", the material of which the crystal clear, 72 ounce, lightweight carafe is made. In short, the carafe is dishwasher safe, BPA-Free, will not shatter if dropped like glass, is feather weight compared with glass, which is so important when it is full of delicious Margarita mix! Numerous independent 3rd party labs tested Tritan by running hundreds of dishwasher cycles & found the crystal clear appearance remained intact. I encourage you to Google "Tritan" to learn even more interesting details. After using this product for a week & reading the description, I consider this carafe to be a huge asset, far superior to the antiquated glass that older design blenders include.
PERFORMANCE:
The serrated edge staggered blades driven by 1,000 Watts of pure motor power convert the ice cubes & mix into the smoothest Margaritas ever! Levels 4 & 5 really kick it in!
CONCLUSION:
I love that this blender takes up a minimum amount of counter space (6.2" W X 7.4" D), looks like a very expensive product with stainless & chrome & is a powerful performer. It earns a permanent place on my bar & my Highest Recommendation! Please see 6) photos of this beauty proudly displayed on my bar.

Nanoleaf Shapes - Triangles Smarter Kit (7 panels) - Multicolor is a unique set of brightly illuminated patterns (I chose triangles) that you control via the free app. Each shape can be illuminated a different color, or they can share the same color. They respond to Alexa, Hey Google, Home Kit, IFTTT, SmartThings, or the app. Each panel can display 16 million colors.
Your own creativity is the only limiting factor on what designs & colors you build. There are limitless possibilities. The panels remind me of looking directly at a plasma TV. They are very bright when turned up to max brightness (560 lumen) & the colors are pure.
The only caution I would share is the kit includes a very strong adhesive to mount the panels, so if you are one who may choose to change the design, you might consider using easily removable 3M Command Strips to allow for a painless removal when you are ready to relocate the shapes.
Expansion kits are available to add on at any time, so you can continue your creative journey & fill an entire wall, free of limitations.
CONCLUSION:
Nothing brightens your mood better than your own custom shape design in your choice of bright & cheerful colors! The best solution to fighting the Covid-19 Blues is to set the light panels to dance to the beat of the music!

Innovative Floor Cleaning Appliance Performs!

The Shark - AI Robot VACMOP™ PRO RV2001WD, Wi-Fi Connected, Robot Vacuum & Mop with Self-Cleaning Brushroll is an advanced robotic appliance that vacuums the floor simultaneously as it mops. Having just installed new flooring in the basement, I decided to try my first Shark product there.
MY PRIOR ROBOTIC EXPERIENCE:
I own 3) 3-Year old Top-of-the-Line Robotic Vacuums & 2) 3-year old Top-of-the-Line Robotic Vacuums. The robotic vacuums I had were not effective at mopping; they simply moved about the room with a stationary mop pad underneath. The vacuums bumped into things & would often fail to return to their charging base.
SHARK OPERATIONAL OBSERVATIONS & PROCEDURES:
1- Recyclable Packaging is Environmentally Friendly
2- Shark uses first rate materials: For example, ABS is used throughout the Robot; ABS Plastic is virtually indestructible.
3- Extremely Simple Instructions that are easy to follow.
4- Shark solved the perennial problem of making sure the robot can find it's way home to the charging base & make electrical connections. They included a round, black plastic platform that cradles the charging station that provides a smooth path, regardless of carpeting, tile, vinyl, or any type of floor. This is a brilliant solution that eliminates one of the main weaknesses of their largest competitor.
5- The Shark maps your room twice: once to create a drawing that shows walls & obstacles. You then accept it or make changes. It discovered 5 rooms which I consider are actually 2) rooms because of the wall design. Simply name the rooms & click on the common rooms and select "Merge". Now I have 2) rooms mapped out & named.
6- The Shark maps your room again, searching for carpet. It located my only carpet & created a dotted line in that area, so the mop would avoid the carpet.
7- Select ECO, Standard, or High Output on both the vacuum and the mop by the free Phone App. Select standard or high level liquid flow from the mop.
8- To only vacuum & not mop, simply leave the mop attachment off & press clean on the robot or on the Phone App. The robot cleans & returns to the base.
9- To Mop, fill the mop container (very easy to do) with liquid cleaner (included) or water, then snap it onto the robot at the 2) clearly marked places. This takes 2 seconds to fasten it. See a water droplet illuminated in white on top of the Robot that confirms the Mop is properly installed.
10- Press Clean on the Robot or on the Phone App. The Robot waits 30 seconds as it fills the Mop Pad with the precise amount of liquid needed.Then it vacuums & mops simultaneously. When it mops, it sonically moves the Mop Pad, which is analogous to moving your hand on the floor. It is much more effective than simply dragging a stationary mop pad around. The Robot never touches a wall or an obstacle; the built-in laser guided navigation system is amazing & really works.

4- Shark solved the perennial problem of making sure the robot can find it's way home to the charging base & make electrical connections. They included a round, black plastic platform that cradles the charging station that provides a smooth path, regardless of carpeting, tile, vinyl, or any type of floor. This is a brilliant solution that eliminates one of the main weaknesses of their largest competitor.
5- The Shark maps your room twice: once to create a drawing that shows walls & obstacles. You then accept it or make changes. It discovered 5 rooms which I consider are actually 2) rooms because of the wall design. Simply name the rooms & click on the common rooms and select "Merge". Now I have 2) rooms mapped out & named.
6- The Shark maps your room again, searching for carpet. It located my only carpet & created a dotted line in that area, so the mop would avoid the carpet.
7- Select ECO, Standard, or High Output on both the vacuum and the mop by the free Phone App. Select standard or high level liquid flow from the mop.
8- To only vacuum & not mop, simply leave the mop attachment off & press clean on the robot or on the Phone App. The robot cleans & returns to the base.
9- To Mop, fill the mop container (very easy to do) with liquid cleaner (included) or water, then snap it onto the robot at the 2) clearly marked places. This takes 2 seconds to fasten it. See a water droplet illuminated in white on top of the Robot that confirms the Mop is properly installed.
10- Press Clean on the Robot or on the Phone App. The Robot waits 30 seconds as it fills the Mop Pad with the precise amount of liquid needed.Then it vacuums & mops simultaneously. When it mops, it sonically moves the Mop Pad, which is analogous to moving your hand on the floor. It is much more effective than simply dragging a stationary mop pad around. The Robot never touches a wall or an obstacle; the built-in laser guided navigation system is amazing & really works.

SHARK VACMOP EFFECTIVENESS:
My wife arrived home & saw the mopped floor, where she had just decorated a Christmas Tree, leaving glitter everywhere. There was no glitter visible anywhere. The floor had a freshly mopped appearance. The glitter was all in the 1 quart-sized dust bin. This VacMop Pro is amazing!
SUPPORT:
I had one minor issue: from the beginning, no liquid would make it's way from the liquid chamber to the Mop Pad, so the mopping was only dry mopping. I called Shark. They answered quickly & escalated my case to the 3rd level, who promised to call me back within 24 Hours & promised my complete satisfaction.
Before Shark called me back, I fixed it myself. You can see 2) tiny hoses in the bottom of the clear liquid container; they look like they could possibly be clogged by the package being banged around during shipping. So I emptied the cleaning solution & filled the liquid chamber with hot water. I closed the cleaning chamber lid, then shook it vigorously. I poured out the hot water & repeated this procedure 2) more times. I refilled with the cleaning solution, set the MopVac Pro to mop & it completely solved this minor issue. The mop leaves behind just the right amount of liquid that you specify on the Phone App.
CONCLUSION:
I am so impressed by the Shark VacMop Pro, i ordered a second unit today for our upstairs. This is one fantastic performer & earns my Highest Recommendation!

How long should the motor last? After cleaning my bottom row, the motor loses power. ♿
If you were having what sounds like the motor losing power after just cleaning the bottom row, I would take it back to where you bought it, and ask for a new unit. This motor should last for years, and I certainly do not see any slow down of the motor each time.

When are they going to release a wireless version? I don't like cables. this sucha nueisance can you fix?
Like you, I preferred the battery version, so I bought a smaller, less powerful, battery operated Waterpik. If you get the opportunity to read my review, you will see that it was completely ineffective and a waste of time. This tool is so powerful, I cannot see them offering a battery powered version because the additional cost would most likely raise it to another hundred dollars over the existing price. So I’m putting up with the cord in the bathroom because the results are phenomenal.

Do you use tooth paste or gel with the water pink sonic 20?
Personally I use the same toothpaste, Colgate or Crest, that are used with my Sonicare toothbrush.

I always put warm water in the part for flossing but the water feels very cold when it goes into my mouth. Does anyone else have that problem?
I noticed the same thing, but since I’ve only owned mine for a week, I am playing with the water temperature. Right now I am using nearly hot water and it does feel better when it first goes in your mouth. I do not think it’s a problem. I actually suspect that the water pic holds a certain amount of water in the pump that naturally would be room temperature, and it takes probably 10 seconds for the new hotter water that you have added to enter the pump. Notice that the temperature in your mouth feels warmer after about 10 seconds? That is my guess on the reason that we feel the water is cold.
One thing I will try is to run the floss 5 to 10 seconds in the sink before putting it in a mouth to see if that warms the water about letting the warmer water fill up the pump.

does this camera system run on a 5g mhz speed wifi i have at&t fiber internet and my camera system that i have now BLINK only works off of 2.4 mhz speed .

Does it record movement
Yes, BUT - the cameras respond VERY SLOWLY. In a high performing WiFi area, my cameras take 15 - 20 seconds to respond to movement on a good day. Read my review for detailed reason for this. What you get in return for such slow responding cameras is very long 3-6 month battery life between charges. If you hope to catch a package thief, you will be disappointed. The camera will wake up after the thief has departed. If you hope to catch a thief breaking into your house, this is the ideal system.

I already have a full simplisafe system. Can I purchase this set for the additional parts?
Most likely, you cannot. I have a SimpliSafe system from about 3 years ago. I cannot merge the 2) systems. I can use the same door stitches, but I cannot add the cameras to my old SimpliSafe system.

No, but all you get without paying for monitoring is real time viewing without the ability to capture or save video. Please read my review carefully, as I point out that you need the $25 / Month monitoring plan to capture continuous video from the app. This fact is not advertised clearly.
