As an early HUE adopter, I started with each bulb variety & the original Lightstrips. This updated Lightstrip is 10X brighter than the original!
I have an unusual use for my first 2) Lightstrip Plus: I bought a wall clock that plays music with the internal Clarion System. The light sensor in this clock will not allow the sound to play, because it thinks our Family Room is too dark so it keeps it silenced! So I installed 2) strips on the back of 2) contemporary Pole Lights, so the lights are not seen from the room. They flood the walls with light, and the clock chimes beautiful music every hour! I use the HUE Alarm function to turn the Lightstrip Plus off during the night, and anytime I want silence.
They are a wonderful product and work better than I could have imagined, based on comparisons with the original Lightstrip!!

Clean narrow and awkward areas with this Dyson Flexi crevice tool. It has a stiff nylon brush to loosen debris, letting you vacuum up even ground-in dirt. The extendable rubber section of this Dyson Flexi crevice tool is strong enough to hold up to steady use and flexible enough to bend into hard-to-reach areas.

This extra long, extendable pick-up tool works with the battery powered Dyson vacs, as well as the upright and the canister models. It is completely different from the tool that is included with Animal. It extends out if you choose, and reaches 3 times further than the stock model. It is thinner, and the flexible element is rubber, so it bends around corners.
I find it extremely useful, and bought 3 so one is onboard with the canister model, and two snap on the holder for 2) battery Dyson stick vacs for easy access.

Major refinements make this a practical remote for daily use. Summary:
Plusses:
1- Feel in your hand is superb, with a grippy back, it does not slip out of your hand
2-Good color screen resolution
3-Programmable hard buttons for most functions
4- Dependable: Once programmed, it works consistently
5-Backlit buttons are very easy to read
6- Haptic Feedback with various levels is extremely user friendly
7- App also allows iPad & iPhone control, but the remove is so comfortable in your hand, I use the remote every time
8- Very intuitive, easy to program
9- Pre-loaded graphics including Network & Home Automation Icons are excellent
10- Home automation control of Honeywell, Hue Lighting & many others is a big plus
Minusses:
1- Screen is not scratch resistant (plastic)
2- If you accidentally bump the screen with your finger, you will activate the function you touched. Screen is very sensitive

A "Must Have" Addition to any Hue Light Set-up!

Hue is an outstanding light system. However,here are frequent times when you want to turn the lights on or off without using your iPhone or iPad. Enter Hue Tap! Using kinetic energy, now a simple press, and Hue is on or off! This is a necessary addition to any Hue Lighting set-up.
The kinetic energy design is a first, and is appropriate, considering Hue is an energy saving LED light system. Hue Tap can sit on a table, mount on a wall, so the versatility is excellent.
If I could change anything, I would add the ability to change color on the fly directly from Tap, but you have the ability to control light scenes, which work well.

Is this bulb weatherproof? I’m wanting it to go in a lighting fixture next to my front door. The fixture is partially enclosed so I’m worried about moisture damage.
HUE bulbs work GREATin outdoor fixtures. While not rated as waterproof, they are not bothered by the moisture. I have a number of HUE bulbs in outdoor fixtures & have for several years. I power each bulb 8 hours / day. Not one has given a minute's trouble.

The short summary is: you cannot do exactly what you were hoping to do, but you can stream a wide variety of sources through your tablet & the sound quality is awesome! I Have This Unit , For About 6 Months, Recently I Notice The Protection And Grounded Indicator Lights Went Out. Is This A Failure Of The Unit?
Check the resettable circuit breaker, which is a flush mounted on/off switch on top to be sure it is in the on position.

No, this Soundbar uses phase conversion to achieve very realistic rear surround sound - must hear to believe it. There is no way to wirelessly or wire rear speakers to it. The wireless sub works great.
