Converts iPad Pro 12.9" to Laptop Exquisitely

The Brydge - 12.9 MAX+ Wireless Keyboard with Multi-Touch Trackpad for iPad Pro 12.9" converts the iPad Pro to a top performing desktop.
Simply charge the keyboard using a USB-C cable & wall charger, the same as the iPad Pro uses to charge it. Allow about 2.5 hrs to charge it fully.
Press the keyboard power button ON, Press the Bluetooth key to the left of the keyboard power button ON. Now turn on your 12.9" iPad Pro, go to Settings - Bluetooth. Find the Brydge keyboard & select: "pair it" on the iPad. You are connected!
The massive trackpad permits multi-touch movements efficiently. The keyboard is fabricated from aluminum, so it is weighty. It will not tip over like lesser keyboards.
The keyboard features backlit keys with 3 levels of illumination or Off.
The only drawback is the added weight & thickness. The iPad alone weighs about 1.5#. The iPad & keyboard together weigh 3.5# & measure 3/4" thick. If you want a keyboard in order to use your iPad Pro like a MacBook Pro, this is the keyboard for you! If you prefer the light weight, carry around characteristic of the iPad Pro, you should not add this quality keyboard to your collection.

Reliable Security System; Slow to Respond Cameras

The SimpliSafe - Outdoor Camera Home Security System is a well thought-out package designed to fill the needs of most homeowners, whether technically inclined or not. Installation is easy; simply follow the instructions and you will connect the cameras & door switches in no time.
The cameras are designed to use minimal battery power, and they achieve that objective. The included Li-ion camera batteries last 3-6 months after each charge, and the charge only takes 5-6 hours. However, the cameras are the slowest to respond of any wireless security system I have tested. In order to achieve such long battery life, when you select Live View, the SimpliSafe system has to activate the camera, then initiate Live View. This requires 15-20 seconds. I have strong WiFi around my camera installations; if your WiFi is weak at the cameras, expect additional delay.
The SimpliSafe system is a time tested, rugged system. If you choose to have it professionally monitored, it MUST be monitored exclusively by SimpliSafe. Be aware that monitoring which allows you to check security videos in the app costs $25 / month; pay less ($15 / Month) to get very basic monitoring without continuous monitoring ability; you will most likely select the $25 / month plan to monitor your home properly. This fact is not made clear in their advertising.
CONCLUSION:
This package is the most economical way to purchase multiple Simple-Safe cameras, the Hub & door sensors. The equipment is quality built; the cameras are water proof. Installation is the easiest of any system I have tested, However, the slow response to detect & send a motion alert render the cameras virtually useless if you are trying to catch someone stealing a package from your front porch. If that is your objective, I would look elsewhere for a different system & would expect shorter camera battery life that results from prioritizing faster response time over battery life.
If you are looking for protection from a burglar breaking into your home, not a snatch & grab package thief, this is an ideal system & you will be well pleased with the peace of mind that comes from having a quality, time-tested security system.

The Pure Enrichment - MistAir Silver 0.4 Gal. Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is an outstanding performer. The first thing you notice is the beautiful shape & small 9.5" X 9.5" X 7" footprint. It easily fits in the bathroom sink for an effortless fill. The power supply unplugs from the humidifier, so there are no issues of unplugging it from the wall, or dragging the cord around. Modern touch switch selects Low / High output.
There is a cool blue light, which can be turned off if you prefer. The instructions state that it is ideal for a 250 square foot room. It works great in our bedroom, so it performs as claimed.
There is virtually no sound from this humidifier, whatsoever, this is surprising, especially considering the powerful output! It operates up to 12 hours after a fill on High, or up to 25 Hrs after a fill on Low. When the water level is low, it shuts off automatically.
Waking up in this forced air furnace weather without sinus issues & a dry throat is the benefit that this little beauty brings to your life!
The manufacturer includes a 5 Year Warranty on this product. Without reservation, it earns my highest recommendation!

Attractive Remote with Disappointing Design

The Philips 4 Device Remote Control is a Bluetooth Programmable device designed to simplify operation by combining up to 4) remotes.
Infrared works well; however my gear is located in a closet, so I would need an IR repeater to control the gear using this remote. This remote claims to be able to control Apple TV, but perhaps since mine is located in a closet approximately 19 feet from the viewer, the remote could not control the Apple TV.
I love the bright white illuminated buttons! This is the best feature of this remote. Their rubberized feel is ideal.
Button placement is the worst of any remote I own. Compare this to Amazon Fire Stick remote with it's perfectly located buttons, or LG remote that is included with their OLED TV's. Those buttons are similarly located to Samsung TV's; they just make sense. If Philips had designed this remote using LG or Samsung TV remote button placement & used similar positions for Volume & Channel & especially Back button, this remote would be much more usable.
The Find-it feature included with the MyTouch Smart Remote Control app is a good tool to prevent losing this remote.
SUMMARY: While this remote feels good in my hand, I prefer using separate remotes with button placement that makes sense. Not recommended.

The Vanity Planet - LED Mini Travel Mirror is a lightweight, thin, easy to pack mirror. It is rechargeable & includes the wire that plugs into any USB charger.
BEST FEATURE:
The built-in LED light features 3) color temperature settings. Simply touch the round finger sensor in the mirror to switch between 3) colors. This permits makeup checks in specific lighting: outdoor, incandescent & fluorescent lighting. I show various LED color options in the attached photos.
Touch the 1/2" round indentation in the mirror repeatedly to select power on / off & to choose one of three lighting color options. Hold your index finger on it steady to dim / brighten the LED light.
WORST FEATURE:
The mirror is flat & does not offer any magnification. You have to vary the distance between the mirror and your face to focus as desired.
APPEARANCE:
The mirror is attractive & small, measuring only about 7.5" High, 5" Wide & 5/8" deep.The cover flips around to serve as a stand.
CONCLUSION:
This is a well designed travel mirror. The lighting options are exceptional; the lack of magnification is the only concern.

In conclusion, this MSI Delta is the top gaming laptop available today & is attractively priced compared with other competitive models. It earns my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

How do you charge the cameras?
An included magnetic cord with USB is used to charge the battery. Simply place it on the bottom of the Ultra Camera & it sticks & electrically connects to the camera. You have the option of keeping power on the battery during use, if a wall outlet is handy.

I have an Eero wireless router with 3 satellite ports. It works well in my 2 story home. Do the cameras need to be 50 to 100 ft from the base or from the Eero satellite port?
The cameras must directly interact with the Base. The "Smart" features are actually in the Base. I am finding much greater distance than the quoted distance of the Ultra camera rom the Base. The base plugs into the router via Ethernet, so the Wireless Router distance to the camera does not matter.

How long do batteries last on the cameras
The answer totally depends on the amount of motion the camera sees. In a quiet environment, I saw nearly 2 months of battery life. In a high motion environment, I had to charge it about once / week. By motion, I mean a dog or a person alerting the camera to motion.

However, you cannot pair the new Ultra Camera with the old base you used with your Arlo Pro 2 Cameras. You will no longer need or would want to use that old base. This new one is far superior.

What is the difference in using these vs. buying a few thermostats for my home? Do I only need one thermostat for my home and then allow these to control the temperature in each zone?
These allow one thermostat to be temperature controlled from any room in the house with this sensor. Plus, the Nest App will show the actual room temp at every room where you placed a sensor.
By contrast, if you bought a few thermostats for your house, and tried to pull the wires from your HVAC to each thermostat, you would still need manual switches to go from 1 to 2 to 3, for example, because only 1 thermostat can connect to 1 HVAC at a time. That would be a nightmare.

The product page shows that a $25 rebate is available to purchasers in Cape Cod. The MA-saves website shows no option to get such a rebate. Which is correct ??
The rebate would be through your utility company. I would recommend calling your local utility company in Cape Cod & ask them to send you the rebate form.

Why it is not able to connect to my laptop? It works well with the iphone.
The headphones may be automatically connecting to your iPhone, retaining that connection, and if so, cannot connect to your laptop if it is nearby, as Bluetooth can connect to only one source at a time.
Power your iPhone off as a test, or, if you prefer, simply swipe up the screen from the bottom & select Bluetooth OFF.
Then go to settings on your laptop - Bluetooth - make visible. Press & hold the headphone power button on. Look for the headphones on your laptop Bluetooth list. It should be there now. Click on the WH-CH700N.
Power your iPhone back on, or restore Bluetooth, which you previously turned off.
Power your iPhone off as a test, or, if you prefer, simply swipe up the screen from the bottom & select Bluetooth OFF.
Then go to settings on your laptop - Bluetooth - make visible. Press & hold the headphone power button on. Look for the headphones on your laptop Bluetooth list. It should be there now. Click on the WH-CH700N.

Can you activate Google Assistant with the mic like you can Siri? I didn't see it listed as a feature.

You can activate an assistant with the WH-CH700N the same as you can with the iOS Home button.
If you can activate Google Assistant by pressing the Home Button & speaking into the phone, then you can activate Google Assistant with the WH-CH700N.
However, if you press the Home Button & it only brings up Siri, that is the same result to expect from WH-CH700N.
Go to Settings - Accessibility - Home Button - Voice Control. If you can get Google Assistant to open, then the answer to your question is YES.
I tried, but was unable to get the phone to open Google Assistant by voice.
