HP released a new All-in-One Color Laser Printer: the LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw. Unlike the usual industrial looking all white or black casing, this stunning beauty is cased in blue & white & is the showpiece in my well-appointed home office. Another Plus: this color laser printer is slightly smaller than the HP laser printer from 3 years ago; it measures 15 1/10” H X 16 6/10” W X 17 1/10” D.
What a performer! Maximum Print Speed (Color or Monochrome): 35 pages/min. Maximum Scanner Optical Resolution: 600 dpi; the flatbed scanner measures 8 ½” X 11 ¾”. Maximum Color Scan Speed: 37 impressions/min. (Monochrome 46 impressions/min). Recommended monthly print volume is from 1001 – 6000 with monthly duty cycle of 50,000 sheets. This Helios In-Wall Power Relocation Kit is an all inclusive kit, designed for the Do-It-Yourself installer. This kit is amazing! I love the 9' 14-gauge in-wall power cable. This extra long, heavy duty cable is ideal for installing your TV in rooms with the highest ceilings. A 6' cable is included to connect to an existing power outlet.
Other pluses for this Helios Kit are openings for HDMI, Coax, Audio, USB & other cables. These openings enable a fully appointed home theater installation without messy wires running up the wall, for a clean installation. Strong in-wall housings & attractive facia housings are included.
DIY Tools are even included in this kit: a 3" hole saw blade with T-handle that can be used with power drills, and a wire snake to pull cables in the wall.
CONCLUSION:

A fully functional remote control via the SmartHQ app with alert monitoring makes this the smartest appliance in our kitchen. The no preheat feature lets you cook NOW without wasting time & costly energy. The built-in remote controllable oven light creates a picture window into your culinary art.
Oven temperature ranges from 170-500 Degree F; power consumption is 1800 watts. It measures 11.5"H X 17.30"W X 19.6"D & weighs 28.6 lb. With a capacity of 0.83 cubic feet, it will accommodate a 12" pizza.

Sensi Touch 2 is the New King of Smart Thermostats

The Sensi Touch 2 is a Smart Programmable Wi-Fi Thermostat whose performance absolutely blew me away! This precision thermostat, model # ST76, is manufactured by Emerson, a company founded in 1890 in St. Louis, MO.
I have installed many thermostats during the past 25 years & installed every brand of smart thermostats since they came into existence. Smart thermostats are extremely useful, since they can be controlled remotely and can change temperature if you are home or away.
Most Smart thermostats are made by electronics companies, not by thermostat manufacturers. The accuracy of most smart thermostats is disappointing, compared to the most accurate thermostats in the past. Many tend to overshoot with extended run & off times, resulting in a 3 degree room temperature swing. In the winter, your house feels cold, or too warm & the furnace runs a long time.
Sensi 2 uses proven Emerson thermostat technology. I verified this with a precision digital thermal scanning gun. Accuracy was +/- 1/2 degree!! This is absolutely incredible for a smart thermostat! In addition to this accuracy, it has a unique feature that allows you to calibrate & set the thermostat's own display reference temperature using an external precision thermometer. Finally, you can adjust the dwell (temperature regulation on / off cycle rate) to choice of 3) levels. So if you want the 1/2 degree temperature accuracy, set it for "faster". Or if you prefer fewer on / off HVAC cycles, set it for "slower". Or default in the middle.
I purchased 3) remote Sensi Room Sensors for this thermostat; they are sold separately as options. Again, Emerson offers superior performance than the round Smart Thermostat that I removed: simply check all of the sensors (located up to 100 feet away) that you want to include on your smart phone & it takes an average of the collective temperatures & humidity throughout your home. Most thermostats only allow you to choose one remote sensor to monitor at a time.
CONCLUSION:
With such amazing accuracy & performance plus Alexa & Google Home compatibility, Sensi 2 is the undisputed king of the Smart Thermostat choices. It earns my highest recommendation!

High quality sound and comfortable, all-day listening in a wireless headphone. The WH-CH520 have an ultra-long battery life of up to 50 hours and a 3-minute quick charge gives you up to 1.5 hours of audio playback.

Quality Headphones at a Bargain Price

The Sony WH-CH520 Wireless Headphone with Microphone offer tremendous sound at a bargain price. These are well built, light weight , comfortable headphones. Classified as "On-Ear", they fit comfortably against your ears with gentle ear cushions. They weigh a feather weight 5.185 Ounces!
Sony encourages use of its companion app, and you definitely want to do this. There is a graphic equalizer built into the app for tweaking the sound that best suits your preference. The most amazing feature of the app is: "Clear Bass". It is absolutely unbelievable!! Clear Bass cranks up the bass, maximizing the capabilities of the 30mm drivers, while keeping distortion low. I have never heard headphones that "Rock" like these for anywhere near their bargain price! I would never have believed the bass had I not heard them for myself. Also included on the app is the ability to analyze ear shape to maximize the sound profile.
The integrated Bluetooth Specification Version 5.2 is solid to about 33 feet (10 meters) & connects effortlessly.
The battery is estimated to hold a charge up to 50 hours when using as simply active headphones; deduct 10 hours when used for continuous communication.
CONCLUSION:
Without question, these Sony WH-CH520 headphones offer the best sound & build quality for the buck. They are a phenomenal bargain & I highly recommend them!

The Philips Norelco satisfies every trimming need. It includes easy to snap on interchangeable blades, guides, a nose hair trim attachment, ear hair trimmer, eyebrow comb & even includes a storage pouch to store all of the accessories. There is even an 18-setting hair clipper comb. A total of 18 tools are included with this package.
This trimmer is powered by an internal Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. A USB cable is included that simply plugs into any USB charger that you own.
The body of this trimmer is made of rubber, so it feels firm in your grip. This greatly reduces the chance of accidentally dropping it. I found it to be well balanced, so it stays level in your hand & is not heavy on either end.
This Multigroom 5000 trimmer is fully washable, as are all of the included tools. Clean-up is a breeze. After use, just hold it under the tap & it rinses clean.
The battery quick charges in 60 minutes & provides a run time of 50 minutes.
CONCLUSION:
I use the Philips Norelco Multigroom Trimmer daily & highly recommend it. With the included accessories, it offers a tremendous value.

The Philips Norelco 9000 Prestige Shaver is without question, the VERY BEST Electric Shaver that I have ever experienced. I own the previous model of the Philips Norelco shaver, as well as 2 top models by leading competitors. No shaver delivers a smooth face as consistently as the 9000 Prestige.
Shave wet with shaving cream, or shave dry. Simply hold the 3) rotary heads under the tap when you are finished shaving. Press a button on the shave head cover & it pops open, allowing easy access to cleaning the trimming heads under the tap.
9000 Prestige includes a Qi Charging Pad, a wonderful addition of technology & convenience. Simply place the shaver on the included sculpted pad, and the shaver lights, indicating that the shaver has begun charging, and displays the charge level.
This shaver is quieter than any other shaver in my collection; it has a beard sensor that checks hair density 15 times / second & adapts the cut to your hair. With the triple rotary cutters, it glides across your shin, leaving a very close shave. It even includes a trimmer attachment.

Can i use them on a vacant lot? No power and no wifi, so can I get a data plan for them? I have verizon?
You can only use them in a vacant lot if they can reach the Hub that comes with them. The Hub connects to the internet via an Ethernet cable (included). So you would need the Hub plugged into the Internet to wirelessly reach the camera.

YES! I paired 5) of my Arlo Pro 2 Cameras with one new Ultra Camera. All must use the new Smart Hub. The new Smart Hub included with the Ultra Cam will work beautifully with Pro 2. However, the Ultra cam will not work with your old hub.

How long do the rechargeable batteries last?
The rechargeable batteries last YEARS. I owned my previous Arlo Pro & Pro 2 cameras for 5 years & the built-in rechargeable batteries charge as good as new.

Will the base link up to wifi or does it have to be wired?
The base must connect to your internet using an included Ethernet cable. Simply plug it into your router and you are connected! It does not have Wireless connection

We purchased 2 VueZone zone base stations and 2 cameras not so long ago. Then they shut down the cloud!! Are they compatible?? Is it possible that netgear do a trade in or discount?? Perfectly good cameras going to waste... Can we do a deal??
I am sorry, the Ultra is not compatible with VueZone. There are others who may want to buy these cameras for a good deal from you, due to the future obsolescence. You might consider listing them for sale privately.
