The Epson WorkForce WF-110 Wireless Printer is a highly dependable tool designed to support all who conduct business on the go. No more frustration looking for a means of printing a document after hours or miles away from civilization.
This is a professional, very high quality machine. It is grippy & does not slip out of your hands. It weighs 3.5# & measures 12.2" X 6.1" X 2.4" when closed for traveling. It fits easily in my TUMI Carry-On Roller Bag with my Surface Pro, iPad & Laptop.
I charged the built-in Lithium-ion battery fully in 2 hrs. The printer is Energy Star qualified, so expect a long life from each battery charge. An optional external battery is even available if you need a lot of portable printing. The input tray holds 20 sheets.
The printer connects by Wi-Fi & Wi-Fi Direct. It even has memory card slots for printing from a digital camera in the field. I tested it from an iPad using Apple AirPrint, a Surface Pro, a Windows 10 laptop & on my Mac desktop running Mac OS 10.14.6.
It uses a black & a tri-color cartridge. The ink did not smear or smudge. It looked great, as though printed on a conventional desktop printer. I am very comfortable with the build quality of Epson photo printers & this portable printer appears to offer that same reliability.
CONCLUSION:
I am extremely impressed with this printer. The 1.4" Color LCD is easy to navigate. I have been looking for a lightweight portable printer that will stand up to travel & this is the best printer that meets all of my requirements. I highly recommend it.

Precise & Versatile Gaming Mouse & Wireless, Too

The Logitech G604 is a precision, no lag mouse that happens to be wireless. It completely blows away the old school rule that a gaming mouse must be wired to eliminate the lag.
I am using this mouse on a Mac Pro with MacOS 10.14.6.

I love the 6 buttons on the side, located just above thumb level. They are completely programmable. I use them for daily Microsoft Office 2019 functions & find them extremely useful for opening pages, highlighting & navigation. There are 15 programmable controls on this mouse!
The G604 feels so comfortable, I use it every day for business on my PowerPlay charging mousepad. The only change I would make: I would make the G604 PowerPlay compatible, complete with coin slot on the bottom, like the G604, G703, G903 & Pro Wireless that are in my arsenal (see photos of these mice in use). However, the extended life AA Alkaline battery powers it so long, this is not a major issue.
CONCLUSION:
The Logitech G604 is Best In Class for Gaming, and is so comfortable, I use it as my "daily driver". It earns my Highest Recommendation.

Using Sonicare 7300 a Day Keeps the Dentist Away

I switched to an electric Toothbrush over 10 years ago & upgrade to gain the benefit from the latest connected models about every other year. This is my first time to try the Philips - Sonicare brand (I have been using various Braun Oral-B connected models).
The Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 Rechargeable Toothbrush has a precision, premium quality feel. It is thinner & lighter weight than the Oral-B Genius 8000 that I have been using - and easier to hold.
It includes the handle, 2) smart brushes, a carry case & a USB charging base.
The Sonicare brushes with barely any vibration to your hand as you hold the handle. It operates the brush so fast (31,000 strokes / minute), all you hear is a very pleasant, high frequency "whir". By contrast, the Oral-B brush moves much slower & sounds like a noisy reciprocating electric motor (no whirring sound). I could not find the strokes / minute published for the Oral-B).
I love the massaging feel of the ExpertClean 7300 on your teeth & gums! It is MUCH easier on the gums & does not "hurt" on sensitive teeth. The toothbrushes makes a unique "buzz" sound every 20 seconds. This alert guides you to brush upper / lower / right / left side so when your 2 minute brush cycle is complete, it lets you know.
The Bluetooth toothbrush connection to the free app provides quality feedback so you know if you are brushing with too much pressure, not long enough, etc. The smart heads transmit toothbrushing data via Bluetooth. This is quite a sophisticated system.
CONCLUSION:
The Philips - Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 Rechargeable Toothbrush is a great healthcare product that makes the toothbrushing routine consistent & interesting. I love the gentle, yet powerful cleaning action of this toothbrush. The Sonicare ExpertClean 7300 has already forged it's place as my favorite toothbrush & earns my Highest Recommendation.

A True Masterpiece Smart Speaker by Bose

This Bose Portable Speaker is the only device I have tested that contains ALL competing smart speaker technologies: Amazon Alexa, Google Home & Apple AirPlay 2. You cannot call either name and have the speaker respond, as I thought it would, however. You choose which you want to use and set up the speaker that way. For this test, I chose Amazon Alexa because I prefer the Amazon Unlimited Music with HD Sound.
This is one of the best looking smart speakers; I chose 2-tone white on top / luxurious silver on the bottom. Triple Black is also available It is a very attractive package & is shaped the same as the older Bose Portable Speaker that did not contain any smart speaker built-in. The speaker weighs 2.4# & measures 7.5" high X 4" diameter. The speaker is water resistant; it includes a built-in tilting carry handle.
Setup was fairly typical of Smart Speakers: You need the App for the smart speaker you choose & the Bose Portable Speaker App. I attempted to set it up without reading instructions; the set-up failed. I went back & read the instructions. My error was trying to connect the Bluetooth FIRST. You must connect to your local WI-FI FIRST. This was a very easy change & it set up instantly. Once set up, it never dropped out; The connectivity is excellent.
I have several branded Alexa Smart Speakers made by Marshall & by Ultimate Ears. Both brands offer premium quality sound with "barely Alexa" functionality; you must YELL at either speaker & they cannot hear over their own music if the volume is turned up. I feared this Bose would suffer the same drawback. Was I pleasantly surprised!! This Bose Portable Speaker listens & responds faithfully nearly indistinguishable from an Amazon Echo. The onboard microphones pick up the sound from a whisper to regular voice with the music jamming!
The BOSE sound quality is spectacular! It features crystal clear audio up to one notch from the highest volume. At the very highest volume, it did not distort; it simply sounded better one notch back. It sounds far superior to the Amazon Echo speakers available today.
A USB C cable with power supply is included for charging. There is a round contact below the base, designed to sit on a custom designed BOSE charging base. That is a Must Have accessory & for $349.99 it would have been a welcome & valuable item to BOSE to include with the smart speaker.
BOSE claims 12 Hours battery life. I charged my speaker 100%, then set mine up in the bathroom & jammed there a couple of times. The next morning it was flashing the low battery LED, so I now leave it plugged in unless it is time to carry it outdoors. Then simply unplug it & go!
The LED's on the top are very well placed & circle in white when Alexa is responding to you. They also show the volume setting when you request it plus the battery low indicator. Various colors show different functions.
Equalization is easily adjustable from the BOSE app; select the exact bass & high frequencies to suit your personal taste.
The soft touch buttons on the top (Power On / Off with status LED, Volume Up / Down, Play / Pause, Microphone Mute) are easy to see & work flawlessly.
CONCLUSION:
Bose designed a beautiful Masterpiece for which they should be proud. I am proud to show it to all of my guests & when they hear the sound, every one has been highly impressed. This Smart Speaker earns my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Strong Premium Cordless Vac Contender

The Shark Rocket IZ162H Pet Pro Bagless Cordless is essentially a cordless vacuum offering the power of a typical upright vac. One of the major concerns up to now is battery life. The more powerful the vacuum motor, the shorter the battery life. Shark claims 40 hours & I was able to achieve this and a little more, while using it on carpet & hardwood. There is a power switch for carpet / hardwood that extends battery life & keeps you from trying to suck up the hardwood floor (you need more power to vacuum a carpet). This switch is a very handy feature.
This cordless vac features a self cleaning brush roll that solves the age old problem with dog & cat hair wrapping around the roller. It really works. The pet hair can be seen in the clear canister and not wrapped around the brush head.
The suction power is amazing & rivals the performance of many full size upright vacuums.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a "headlight" on the bottom of the vacuum. It really helps you locate dust, dirt & pet hair. This is a unique feature on a cordless vacuum - and a brilliant one.
The only drawback I have discovered is that you have to press the release button on the tube (wand) before you empty the dirt canister. This only takes a second, so it is not a major deal. The canister is one of the largest I have seen on a cordless vac, so this offsets the inconvenience of removing the tube.
CONCLUSION:
THE Shark Rocket IZ162H is a great cordless vacuum & earned 5 Stars. I highly recommend it.

Incredible Muscle Healing Power

I had the misfortune of falling flat on my back while carrying a table backwards up my front porch steps.I missed the top step & landed on the concrete porch with brick edge.
I decided to give Theragun G3 a try since my doctor determined nothing was broken, but I needed Physical Therapy. When I first turned it on, without reading instructions, the agitation was stunning! I was sure I would not be able to withstand the powerful therapy. Fortunately, Theragun G3 includes application guidelines & a super helpful free phone app. The phone app is extremely helpful & shows it in use on different muscle groups. The amount of time to apply the Theragun is critical, as too much of a good thing can reduce its effectiveness. Once I read & viewed the instructions & videos, the Theragun felt awesome & very healing.
I would describe my lower back pain as 75% gone after a week of Theragun treatment. My back pain reduction is nearly miraculous! I would never have believed this would be possible.
Here is a summary list of my observations:

1- Add a built-in timer for 30 seconds & 2 minutes. Every muscle group needs these 2) time settings; this requires an external timer, such as built into a cell phone. A button / toggle could be integrated to the next generation of the G3 for a dual timer: 30 second & 2 minutes.
CONCLUSION:
The Theragun G3 hands down earns a 5-Star, Highest Recommendation. You will wonder how you ever lived without it!

Big machine suction power* but with cord-free versatility. The Cyclone V10 Animal Pro bagless cordless pet stick vacuum has a 40% bigger bin than the previous V8 Absolute model and up to 40 minutes of fade-free power with the soft roller cleaner head (in Suction mode 1). Cordless Vacuum Outperforms Most Corded Sweepers

The Dyson V10 Animal Pro Cord-free Vacuum is an amazing performer! I own several Dyson V8 Stick vacuums in my Home and they do a great job. However they do not leave the sweeper “clean carpet” lines of the Big Ball Dyson, which I also own. For quick pick-ups the Dyson V8 does the job, and eliminates the inconvenience of the large corded Big Ball.
The V10 Animal Pro maintains the Stick Vac convenience while actually delivering corded, big Vac suction.
LIKES:
Here are the improvements that the V10 Animal Pro offers over their previous V8 and similar models:
1- The storage bin is much larger than the V8’s.
2- The tube (shaft) has a shiny, epoxy looking tough paint protection that is more durable than the V8. When sweeping under a table with a sharp edge, the previous models would show scratches; this newer paint keeps the vacuum looking like new.
3- The motor has insulation so it is super quiet and does not have the annoying high frequencies that previous models have.
4- Longer battery life.
5- Similar weight (just slightly heavier than the V8).
6- 3) Vacuum levels vs. 2) Vacuum levels on the V8 and similar models. Use just the power you need with extended battery life on the lower power modes.
7- 3) Powered heads are included - carpet, hardwood and a small powered pick-up head.
8- Unbelievable vacuum pick-up power compared with the V8 or equivalent.
9- Perfectly balanced in your hand, just as is the V8 and equivalent.
10- The powered carpet cleaning head has a new feature. It is a slide switch, open to pickup large debris, or close to increase suction.
DISLIKES:
The previous V8 and equivalent stick vacs could have the bin dumped by pressing the bin release lever. The new V10 requires the tube (shaft) be removed (simple push button to remove the tube) each time the bin needs to be dumped before you slide the bin release lever. This is not a major inconvenience; however I tend to empty the bin less frequently, as a result.
CONCLUSION:
The Dyson V10 Animal Pro picks up like a corded Vac with the convenience of a cordless.
The Dyson V10 Animal Pro easily earned my Highest Recommendation and 5 Stars!

Perfect Fit + 10' Drop Protection

Speck has built a reputation for premium quality cases. The high cost of the latest premium cellphones make a $50 case offering superior protection a very smart decision.
The Presidio Grip Case fits the Apple iPhone XS Max like a glove. It is ultra thin & lightweight, yet it is rated to protect the precious phone up to a 10' fall.
Featuring dual layer protection, with a polycarbonate outer shell & an inner impact resistant lining, this case is raised around the screen, so if it lands screen first, there is a substantial raised edge to protect the screen.
Qi wireless charging proven. The iPhone XS Max charges perfectly in this case on my Belkin wireless charger pad.
The case has many non-slip angled edges that makes 1 or 2 hand texting easier to manage while maintaining a high confidence grip on the phone.
CONCLUSION:
The Presidio Grip Case offers impact protection greater than the older, much heavier cases offered by several major brands. Spec offers the Best Impact Protection in the lightest weight & thinnest premium case available today. It earned my highest recommendation.

Premium Quality Soundbar

The Definitive Technology - 5.1 Channel Soundbar System with 8" Wireless Subwoofer is named “Studio Advance”. It replaces the previous generation: “W Studio” Soundbar, of which I own several.
The primary improvement of Studio Advance over the previous generation Studio is the addition of 5.1 audio. I did not find the surround sound of the 5.1 justifiable to upgrade to this model. However, just as in the previous Studio sound bar, this is one of the finest sound bars on the market today and produces high end audio quality along with a beautiful appearance.
Vocal clarity is superb. Movie sound is very good with the addition of the external Subwoofer. I had to relocate the subwoofer away from my WiFi router because it would continuously sync, then lose sync between the sound bar and the subwoofer. Moving the subwoofer away from the router solved my problem.
The remote features bare essentials such as Movie, Music and Night. There are no equalization parameter adjustments beyond these, same as the previous model Studio.
Dimensions are identical between Studio Advance and the previous Studio, both the Soundbar and the Subwoofer.
I had Geek Squad install the Studio Advance below an LG 65” OLED TV on the mantel above the fireplace using a bracket kit from Best Buy. This sound bar is very low profile and blends in well with virtually any modern television. It is a minimalist design and looks awesome.
Conclusion: This is a Premium Quality Soundbar that looks and sounds at home in the finest venue. It earned 5 Stars and my Highest Reccomendation!

Feature-Rich All-In-One Laser Printer

The HP - LaserJet Pro M479fdw Wireless Color All-In-One Printer sets a new standard to maximize business productivity in a modern, fully equipped machine. I replaced a similar Brother printer that performed well for 5 years but the interface was getting dated. Here are the differences that jumped out at me:
1- The HP M479fdw clearly deserved it's Energy Star Award. Starting the printer is quiet & uneventful compared with the Brother & similar 5-year old printers. Press start on those & the lights in the room dim as the laser starts up. This HP draws far less energy; no visible light dimming in the room during start-up & the HP is much quieter.
2- The scan speed of the HP is amazing & it is virtually silent! Easily controlled by the onboard color touch screen or on a Mac OS or PC; touch scan & the image is available in a couple seconds, 5 times faster than the Brother.
3- Print Quality is superb; colors are vibrant & black is crisp.
4- Fast Print Speed: up to 28 pages / minute.
5- Easy to Set-up. Simply select the WiFi & enter the Password. Within 2 minutes the machine is fully functional.
6- Equally Mac OS & PC Friendly. I use Mac OS & my wife uses PC. We were impressed that this HP was equally accessible on both platforms. Printing & scanning is super intuitive on both Mac OS & PC.
7- AirPrint directly from the iPad & iPhone. Effortless.
8- 5ghz Wireless capable. The WiFi is State-of-the-Art & the machine performance reflects that with ultimate flexibility & speed. Whether you have a basic 2.4ghz WiFi or a faster 5ghz speed, this HP will operate the fastest possible, based on what you provide it.
9- Easy-to-Read Large Touchscreen makes printing & scanning a simple, one-touch process. See attached photo.
10- A Full Complement of Business Features: Scans to email; print from an email; even a login can be required to print, just one of many security features built-in.
CONCLUSION: The HP LaserJet Pro M479fdw is the very BEST all-in-one Laser Printer I have ever tested. It easily commands 5 Stars & is positioned above all others that I have tested to date. It earns my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Just got it and it doesn't work, app setup makes you connect your phones Bluetooth of all things, from 30+ bulbs in my home and hue go lights including strips this has never been a more frustrating process. Won't connect to Bluetooth if you can answer how
I have 95 Hue bulbs across 2) hubs. Bluetooth does not affect them in any way. It is only used for initial set-up between your phone & the sync box, before you enter your Wi-Fi User name & Password.
