Haven't used the item much so far, going to see if the sound is loud enough to be heard outside and by folks 20 ft. away. May take two Jbl's to get the sound I want for a party. Also want to test it to see how long the batteries will last. Anyway inside the house we get a great sound. No problem connecting to BT.

Base is like a boom box...shakes the walls. If you live in a apt. of condo your neighbors will complain. Can only have the loudness at 24 or it shake the wall. If you want a booming sounding this is the sound bar for u. Of course if you do not connect the base...problem solved...which I did.
