Good protection, but reduces responsiveness

The screen is well protected, and having the glass be curved made it easy to apply. But the S8 does not have a sensitivity adjustment and the glass will significantly impact the responsive display.

Creativity Simplified

Short of purchasing a premium desktop and a WACOM monitor (which would cost you a lot more and take up a lot more space) this is the best product out there for the creative members of the family, or for a small business. My wife does a significant amount of photo work (hundreds of images a month) and uses Adobe Photoshop CC and InDesign. With the mouse her work was always a little tedious, but being able to work directly on the screen with the pen simplified her work. It has enough cpu power and graphics power to do the job and do it right. There's no short cuts in this device like you have to make on laptops and iPads. Make no mistake you pay a premium for everything working right and everything doing what it should do right out of the box, but in the end the lack of frustration make it worth it.

Good Keyboard, takes getting use to

I like this keyboard and it works so well with the Surface 3 Pro that I'm hard pressed to find anything I didn't like. But I'm not sure a "thicker" keyboard wouldn't have been better. Most people judge keyboards based on two factors, key travel (The rate and distance the key moves when you type on it, as well as, the resistance to motion) and key spacing (The distance between keys)
Travel is limited, but the keys are responsive. If' you're an aggressive typist you might feel the keyboard bend when it's not on a flat surface. It's subtle but it does take getting use to. The key gap is nearly non-existent so you have to adjust your typing style to make smaller motions. That's the part that throws people when they change keyboards, but it's not something that a little diligence can't overcome.
If the keyboard were thicker, you could have greater travel which would make some of the people that complain about the "feel" happier, but then they'd be unhappy with the bulk. It's a trade off. It only took me two weeks to get to the point where I type as fast on the Surface keyboard as I do on my laptop.
Overall a great product, but you do need to give it a chance.

Best tablet I've used. Runs PhotoShop, makes editing a breeze with Creative Cloud windows touch add on. Screen is amazingly clear and bright, color is excellent. Splits three ways on windows 8 apps instead of just two.
Lighter than my friends original Surface RT! Beats android and apple, but its not a fair comparison, this is in a class all by itself.

Does this have a camera? If so...details please.
The Surface Pro 3 has cameras on the front and back. The type cover does not, nor is it needed. The back facing camera is the best one and you'll need to see your screen to take a picture.

No. The Keyboard is sized to match the Surface Pro 3's screen size. You'll want to get the right one for your surface. If you're looking for a bigger keyboard you might want to look online for Surface 2 covers with Bluetooth keyboard.
