Does anyone know why i cant get some web pages to load with this router?

I set up the guest network and they worked on that for about a week now they do not work on that either. My sony bluray wont connect to it either and its only 2 months old. i tried netgear customer service but they say the router wont block pages and they had no ideas and hung up on me. BTW i will never buy another netgear product because of that. I've tried googling it and changing a couple boxes but nothing works. Just wondering if anyone has ideas before i take it back and if anyone has a recommendation of a good router. also the range is not as good as the box says. Thanks

Since it's been 7 months since you posted, I hope your problem has been resolved. However, if not, have you tried doing a full reset of the unit back to factory reset? I can't tell you how to do that, but you can find that in the manual or online. This usually works.

I agree about the Netgear customer service. It sucks! But, they usually do make an excellent product...
