Keeps wine cold, but noisy

I read the reviews and hoped they were wrong, but this fridge is very noisy when running on the "on" cycle.
However, it does do a great job of keeping wine cold. It doesn't have a thermometer, just an ambiguous dial you turn for cooler or warmer.
