An item brand new should not be broken when you get it.
Can't even lock it with a key!!! Now I have to drag this lump of S#$%t! back. First alert won't even take it back they said throw it away!

Bought this item a year ago, out of the blue it stopped working!
The thermostat cannot be adjusted. Now it's a piece of junk sitting in my bedroom. Thermic is great, but I this would not invest in this brand, if you do get the insurance for as long as possible!
