It shows good quality pictures (although one of the cameras took a while to light up in darkness) and I like that there is a backup battery system. A guide shows how to hook up equipment, but as it does not show how to setup and use once installed, I wouldn't recommend for those who are not computer savvy.
Also that card that says "covers installation" is misleading. It's just a suggestion of someone who will install it for about twice the cost of the product.

It washes well, especially when I use a higher soil level setting. The higher setting uses more water for the load. It takes a while to wash, so if you have the space and money, buy two of them.
As for best buy, they were a thorn in my derriere for well over a month. It took all that time, four delivery attempts (one making me miss a concert and only two actual deliveries), at least 25 phone calls to customer service, delivery, corporate & the store, I forgot how many visits to the store because of the runaround, and I'm still waiting on the promised gift card for my troubles, I'm still waiting on the points to be fixed.
At least I finally have a non-leaking, clean, leveled washer set with all the screws intact and no dents!

It was H.E. Double Hockey Sticks for me to get this product delivered to my home. The first dryer was missing screws, they stacked it without wiping the dust off or removing the tape, it made noise 'cause it wasn't level. The second delivery didn't happen because the installer realized before coming out that they didn't read instructions not to take product out of box and re-wrap like they do. The third delivery brought the washer but no dryer and no stacking kit, so since they couldn't re-stack the old dryer and I have no space for them to be side by side... Finally the fourth delivery! I have my washer and dryer, no screws missing, no dents, it's level and therefore no more loud squeaky noise.
I will spare you the remaining parts that includes over a month of dealing with customer service, messed up reward points and financing.
The dryer is okay. I like the idea of using steam instead of buying sheets, but when I use the anti static function, certain items are still wet as if because of the spray. And some items still have static (this happens more with the latest dryer.) I wish I had space for two sets so I could do laundry faster.

I'm not smartphone savvy, so this is great for me. I normally like flip phones, but those have been kicking out my numbers (the go phone options are not just cheap in price.) I wish there was some kind of cover, even when locked it manages to dial emergency on it's own. And receiving pictures through text is painful to the eyes. I have to forward those texts to my daughter's phone just to see them. Still adjusting to the blackberry styling, but it does its job.
