Order primarily for an UltraViolet copy

I ordered the “Men In Black” movie primarily for UltraViolet and to upgrade my movie to Blu-ray. The on-line description stated UltraViolet and the sticker on the outside of the DVD stated UltraViolet. However, when opened by DVD yesterday, it did not include the UltraViolet code/insert. When I called my local Best Buy store, I was told that this is a manufacturing issue and I’d have to deal with the manufacturer. Very disappointed in Best Buy not standing behind the products that they sell.
