The stand is darker than it appears in the pictures online. There wasn't a display model in the store so I discovered the color issue upon opening the box at home. Found three defective parts so I ended up taking it back to the store and getting another stand.

I bought this because it matched the other furniture I had in my living room. You need two people to put in together. I had a problem with a broken piece. The customer service department at the furniture maker is horrible. They shipped out the wrong replacement part three times over a months period before finally telling me that I would need to obtain the part at Best Buy as they don't make the part any more.
