As an induction hot plate, it does all that you'd expect. The 1 star off is for how non-sensitive the controls are. You really have to press hard on the on button to get the unit ready to use. This is odd since it's all touch controls and shouldn't respond any differently based on the pressure used. Once it's on, the controls are easy to use and fairly intuitive. Just remember that this will only work with magnetic cookware.

This is a great, inexpensive flash unit. It has the pin output for Sony as well as the standard hot shoe points. This means the camera can communicate to the flash what focal length and power output is needed. That seems to work out just fine as the shots taken with this unit come out well lit, but not overexposed. It's definitely better than the built in flash. The only flaw I found was in setting it up for a diffuse light. It's not completely clear how to set it in manual mode so you can easily bounce it or send it through a diffuser. The trick is to set it to a relatively close distance so the bulb will move back in the unit. You can check the settings are correct by looking at the front of the unit at the flash bulb area.

This is a nice Bluetooth add on for cars that have an AUX input plug, but not built in Blutooth. It has a rechargeable battery so it doesn't have to be plugged into a USB port all the time. Play time is 6-8 hours on a full charge. The only downside is that it takes 3 seconds holding the button to turn on or off. It would be nicer if there was a separate power button from the pause / play button. The sound is nice and it has good volume so the overall output is consistent between the adapter and other car audio inputs.

The keypad fits a nice need for those who frequently use numbers (accountants, etc). It will plug into any open USB and connects right away. Wireless would have been nice, but was much more money. It's also nice that no batteries are needed for this. They keyboard has good travel and spacing. It feels like a standard keyboard and is slightly tilted. Now that I have it, I won't leave home without it!

This is my 3rd purchased adapter from Automatic and it's the best one yet. The Pro adds a cellular radio to the GPS tracker in the previous generation. This means you no longer need to maintain a connection to your phone while you drive. It also means you can track your car when others drive it (i.e. repair shop, children, etc). All other information is also still available so you can improve your driving habits with the audio feedback and scoreboard in the app. On the web site there are some cool tools which let you play around with the car data in different ways.
Overall, it's a great tool with no monthly fees that works better than advertised!

This is a very comfortable keyboard with great key travel and spacing. The backlight feature is a nice bonus, but was not the main reason I got this. I'm able to type more comfortably and accurately than on my stock PC keyboard (Dell). It's also very quiet which is nice in my home office. The keyboard has a built-in rechargeable battery which lasts for several weeks. When it does need a charge, you can use a standard micro USB cable plugged into the PC or an external charger. The keyboard comes with the cable, but not the charger.
In a pinch, you could remove the battery compartment door and recharge the batteries using an external AA charger. However, it's much simpler to leave it in place and charge the keyboard while still using it.

Great product. X9 not worth the upgrade

I bought this just before X9 came out. I've used both this version and a trial version of X9. This has all the functionality you need and is now bargain priced. It's significantly easier to use than free photo editing apps like GIMP and it comes close to the flexibility delivered by Photoshop. It will certainly meet the needs of casual to intermediate digital touchup artists. This version also comes with a photo management system (After shot 2), but I have tried that as I already have Lightroom (an excellent management program).
PaintShop provides many more tools in much greater flexibility as compared to Photoshop elements, which is at a similar price. That flexibility does come with a slightly reduced ease-of-use as compared to starter programs like Elements. Once you get used to what you can do, however, you will not regret the journey.

Decent recording, don't hold it to close

I use this for dictation. It picks up my voice nicely and saves it to an MP3 file which can be used with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The overall accuracy is very good. My only complaint is that if you hold the recorder to close to your mouth, it will pick up the wind noise from plosive phonics. The trick is to hold the recorder about 2 to 3 inches away and speak in a relatively normal voice.
I've also tested this recorder in conversation, and it picks up both sides rather nicely. There's an excellent noise reduction mode during playback which eliminated the road noise recorded while I was driving.
I haven't tried this for music, but it does have stereo microphones so I expect it will do a decent job. This is an excellent machine for anyone doing dictation or looking to share audio files recorded on the go.

The case has a magnet, which attaches to the side of the iPad in order to form a stand. This makes it very quick to set this up for typing in nearly any situation. It's very compact and fits nicely on a student classroom desk. What the keyboard is slightly less than full size, the keys are very responsive with good spacing for a touch typist. This is definitely one of the better Bluetooth keyboards I've used with an iPad.

Yes. You won't be able to type as long as it is separate from the case, but you can easily take the iPad out.

Just purchased Logitech Type + but it didn't come with instructions. What do we need to do to get the keyboard to synch with the Ipad air?
Go into the Bluetooth settings on your iPad, and search for the keyboard. As long as the iPad is connected to the magnetic base, the keyboard is on. Once you remove the iPad from that base, the keyboard turns off.

No. This case is designed specifically for the iPad AIR. It will not fit the newer iPad.

The battery is a genuine Samsung battery, sealed in a bag. The life seems fairly good, so I would assume it's new.
