I thought this would be a great addition to the many Samsung products I already own. We have TVs, Phones, and DVD players. All are easy to use and work very well. This is not the case with the vacuum. We have had this vacuum for over a month and it has been nothing but a headache. No matter how often we program the vacuum it always resets and then runs in the middle of the night or whenever it chooses. The slightest item, such as a small furry cat toy mouse, will cause this unit to shut down and start to beep. Lastly, it has never once found it's way back to the charging station. We have to carry it back every time.
My opinion, Samsung should stick to TVs and Phones. We got almost 6 years out of our Roomba vacuum with rarely a problem. Looks I have to go back to that brand.
