A Triple Threat At A Competitive Price

This is like my 4th wireless keyboard. And it seems like these things just keep making my live a little bit easier or just plain out spoiling me with cool features that I didn't know I even needed.
Enter the JLAB Wireless Scissor Keyboard with a type-C charging port. I was blessed with oppertunity to try this thing out and rate it for you guys. If you don't know what a scissor keynoard is, it's basically the keyboard that comes in most chromebooks and macbooks. A lot of newer, and smaller gaming laptops are using these also. They have less travel in the key strokes, keeping you from fumbling over your keys and giving you simular feel that you have while typing on your smart phone. Speaking smartphones. This is one of those versitile lil' keyboards. My last keyboard was able to switch between two devices, such as my smartphone and PC via a USB-A dongle. Simply by pressing a button. It was compact and easy to use, but as I said. It was compact, which made it feel a little cramped. I wouldn't hve cared as much, because I love the comfort I had from the scissor style keyboard. But then I open this one up. And Oh... mah gaw'd! Is this this thing lovelyto type on.( That wasn't a question) Yes, though. It is a full sized keyboard. Meaning you've got all of the comfort of your PC to type on your , tablet, & PC(Instead of my PC, I prefer to use it for my Xbox Series X). That's right. You read that correctly. This thing connects all 3 devices at once. There's a little slot on thee bottom of the base that houses the dongle for safe transport. It's weird, because it is roughly the same size as my last kyboard , but there's just more space to work with. The only 2 things im going to miss from the previous keyboard is: 1 This keyboard isn't raised as much on the back, so it feels like tping on a flat suface at times. And secondly: There's no slot to place my phone so i can see my screen while I type a message.
Other than that, it has all of the smart keys and even a dedicated knob in the uppr right corner for volume control( Why? And thank you!) Like I said earlier. These keep giving me things i didn't think I needed.. I just wish it were backlit. But that just may be asking for too much. i definitely recommend this keyboard to everyone, especially console gamers that like to comfortably text to their friends.

A Very Good Flat Monitor

This is 32" monitor, in case anyone was wondering. The picture quality is nothing less than what i have come to expect from ASUS. And for good measure, I made sure to psir it with my ASUS Tuf Gaming laptop., before connecting it to my Xbox Series X console. The colors pop off the screen. They're so vibrant and there is really no motion blur while in-game battles are happening. It does look like a TV. Thecontrols ,in the back are easy to get to and use. Thing that I love and hate about this monitor is the fact that there are speakers inside. This is such an important feature when i look into purchasing a new monitor. Mainly because I use my PC for consuming media, as well as game and web-surf. Sometimes you just want to watch Youtube while you do random chores. Yes. I've got a television, but as a gamer, I don't find myself in front of my TV as offten as I am in front of my PC. Now here's the drawback to this beautiful feature. The speakers are just north of terrible. You can barely hear it at full blast if you walk out of the room This is also an issue if you are across the room. Now, the possitive is, most PC and online gamers have headphones that they preferr over listening to the PC speakers, so this really isn't much of an issue for most. I'm just a sticler for needing speakers. I really do love this monitor and it should be stated that I was given this monitor for the sole purpose of testing. So I have to be brutally honest. Sorry ASUS. The speakers are kinda' trash. However, I still recommend this monitor for it's many positives. Display port and two HDMI ports. A headphone jack and the ability to be mounted on a wall or a floating stand.

The Name Says It All

Let me start by asking this. Is there anyone there that remebers how amazing Floppy Discs were?
I thougt that using aa external hard drive to get my files around and uploading my from my cameras was the best way to go, considering the limited copacity of my PC. That tends to fill up quickly when uploading hours of footage. And I wasnt wrong. It's great to have that external hard drive. But ever since I recieved the Crucial X10 2 TB external SSD for review, editing has gotten so much faster. No moving parts in the device just helps things transfer so much better. I mean, I knew there'd be a difference, but wow! Not that much. It's like playing with a brandnew phone with no bloatware. Eveerything, just runs anduploads super smoothly. I uploaded 45 minutes of footage in a couple of minutes. It's flipping great! Wait. Lets talk about what comes inside the little bitty box. The only thing in the box is the SSD and a small tranfer cable. That's it. I mean, it's so small that I can hide it in the palm of my hand or even better, I can put it on a key chain and not even weigh anything down. Well, maybe a lil bit, but just don't put it on your car key ring. Remeber that first question I asked at the beginning? This thing is smaller than a 2 MB Floppy disc, by neary 4 times. It's so compct. You are literally carrying 2 gaming laptops of power in the palm of your hand. I highly recommend this SSD to any content creaters out there, or just for people that need to carry and move files on the fly. And I do mean zoom, baby. They were right to go with name they chose. This is very Crucial to my workflow from here on out. Thank you Best Buy and Crucial for allowing me to try this thing out. It's a God sent.

This is almost everything you could ask for in a surveilance camera system, 1080 p to 4K full HD color, night vision and a night liight? 4 Wifi 4K cameras with alarms and spotlights on each one is packing 2
to 4 rechargeable batteries powered meaning they're indee, wireless? Are you kidding me? Did I mention the DVR with a terabyte of storage? Activity zones. Remote access from your smart device using the Night Owl app for Google Play Store or The App Store from Apple's IOS. The box is filled with many smaller boxes, but it's only frustrating if you went into the unboxing before reading htis review. So it's safe to say, you're gonna be ok. Inside you'll get the DVR, with power cord and mouse, for on screen navigation. 4) 4K cameras, 2) batteries but each camrea can house 4 batteries for longer life. 1) ethernet cable, 1) HDMI cable and 1) type C charging cable. Still no brick.( Points deducted for that one. It's super simple to set up, but there is a help line that you can call for any assistence. All of this and here's my favorite part. There's no fees for surveilence.. That alone makes it worth getting. Motion detections and a cute little " Smile, you're being recorded notice, for would-be intruders. If you wanted it. All notifications go straight to your phone with very low latency. Theother main issue is, considering the name says Wifi, this is only applied to the cameras. The DVR mose be hardwired to the modem. This means I'll need to get an expansion modem or just leave it up front, where I don't feel like I soend most of my at home time.

This Cobra Is King

I have quite a few gaming mouses/ mice/meese...whatever. You get where I'm going. Either way I've got a few. And even though this one is wired, I get it. Because the one thing I realised is, at the end of the day, I'm going to plug in my wireless mouse and keep on gaming at some point or another. The difference with the Cobra is quite obvious. The amont of buttons are redused, but man does it feel good in the palm. It's lightweight and responsive. I feel like it's perfect right out of the box. I plugged it into my PC and it was just ready. Now you all know, that everything has that update. That driver install on the app, but no reaal ttime lapsed at all and I was on my way to getting sniped, as I do so very well. Lol!The app is a great tool for editing the feel and responsivness, but if you're coming from another Razer mouse, you won't have much of a problem. My RGB setup is still ACES. I was alittle worried ablout going lighter, but it's defininitely a welcomed change. I actually feel like my K/D ration may get a little better now. I highly recommend the Cobra.

Great For Blk & Wht Docs

This is basically an insta-printer. What I mean by that, is simple. You pulll it out of the box, plug it in and go. There's no ink to install or any real work. Just connect to your PC and get your wifi going and everything else is falls into place. It holds a large amount of paper and with the pre-installed toner cartrige, you should have a long life in printing. It's easy to locate on you printer and get your documents printed in no time. I guess that's what I really love about laser jet. They are blazing fast. The drawback here, is that this only in black and white. This means that I have to have a whole seperate color printer, if and when I need to print color copies. This happens often. This works well when I'm printing out copies for pull ticketss, to givee to my warehouse guys to end up throwig away after they've pulled everything on the list. Then I have to go to the other printer to print out the color copy that I'm giving to my customers to sign.Copying is a also simple, but again, the only real time I'm using it for that is pul tickets or making a sheet to allow my grandkids to color when they're in the office. Double sided printing is easy and useful when printing pages to give lesson plans. I plan on doing that when the school year starts.
In the end, I find this to be really fast and affordable unit, albeit, the toner ccartrige replacement will cost at least $80. And the fact that do have to have another color printer for that kinda color prints, makes this large space hog a little hard to swallow. But if you've got the space and are planning on printing the majority of blk & wht prints, I would whole-heartedly recommend this printer to you.
In the end, I find this to be really fast and affordable unit, albeit, the toner ccartrige replacement will cost at least $80. And the fact that do have to have another color printer for that kinda color prints, makes this large space hog a little hard to swallow. This Sounds Like A Bad Idea

I'm not going to waste any of your time with this one.
If you have ever owned and used a pair stereo bluetooth, true wireless, halo or over the ear, don't bother buying this. I;m a driver, and I rely on bluetooth tech to keep my eyes on the road and my surrounding environment. And I see where this bluetooth could keep you focused on the road. While also allowing you to have an opened ear for that extra peace of mind. The noise cancelling feature is somewhat of a joke, you and the person on the other end of the call. the replacement gummies that come in the box are all the same, so if the first one isn't comfortable, I've got bad news for you. the customizable Parrott button will need to be costomized, because you're going to be tapping that to answer calls , but won't hang up calls that way. Even that isn't a comfy experience. As a driver, I want to tell you that this ear piece is what you need, but it's just too big & bulky to make since. I would tell poeple I've talked to, that I was using a different bluetooth after about 10 minutes of a conversation, and I would get the same response( I could tell something was off. I thought it was on my end.) I IP rating is fine but you'r not going to be active while using this, so it really doesn't matter. The ability to switch ears is cool, but again, it just doesn't make since, if you aren't comfortable. It charges using type C tech, so at leat you'll have an extra charging cable. I am giving it the score that I'm giving it, with the hopes that you've never used a stereo bluetooth before. This is a major downgrade from anything out today. Pass on this.

My New Favs

Back when Logitech came out with the G Pro X headphones, I was i beside myself with excitement. And they were easily my favorite gaming headsets , for PC gaming. The only problem I had, was the fact tat they couldn't be used on my Xbox system. Now that the sequel has arrived with ability to use aux for less latency and us it for just about everything, theses are right back at the top of my list for best headsets. The drivers are a little more comfortable and they;re also much lighter. So that comfort level just keeps my swooning. In the box, as per the usual, you'll get the headphones, a boom mic a PC dongle, charging cable, and a carrying case. Honestly, I wish they could spring for a more sturdy case. Rather than that bag, they are providing. These are some high-end , premium headphones here. Now what has me excited about this ideration, is the inclusion of the AUX cable. Oh my gosh! This allows me to play on anything I want, including smartphones. Of course, you'll have to deal with the G Hub for you PC connection and the Blue software can be hit or miss, depending on updates. I really can't say much against picking up a pair of these. I highly recommend these to any gamer. If you need to hear where your online rival is coming from in that heated Death-Match & look and feel good while doing so? Grab up a pair of Logitech G Pro X 2s. Go get some.

An Andoid-Like PC

The Inspiron 3420 14” touch screen laptop is ideal for getting quick work done on the go. The design is simple yet sleek. With its lipped hinge. allowing a rise in the keyboard while in use. The storage is a meager 256 SSD and 8 gigs of memory. So I’d recommend doing cloud based work and not saving many heavy files, such as videos and music.
The body feels very premium, with a brush aluminum aesthetic to it. There are two USB type C ports, one USB-a port, a micro sd card reader and a headphone jack, for those coffee shop moments. There’s no fans in this machine as it is running a Snapdragon Adreno 690 graphic. So this won’t be playing anything other than mobile style games on your down time. The camera is definitely a very good one, so this is ideal for video chats, meetings or even selfies. There is no backlighting on the keyboard so working in dark areas is a no-go unless you know your keyboards like blind pianist. Speaking of visuals, the screen is full HD and has a mat-like finish, making it very comfortable to use outside and in sunlight. Very little glare on this one and I believe the brightness is pushing 300 NITs, so that should get the job done. The touch screen is very responsive and is compatible with most stylus options out there. The track-pad is more sturdy than last year’s model. And the battery life is great. Charging takes no time at all. he charging brick is only 65w so that'll charge just about anything with a type c charging port. And with being said, you should be able to use just about any type c charger to give this little guy power. So this an easy one to recommend to that on the go grinder. And anyone that has needed an extra pc and doesn't really want to delve into the chromebook world.

There is no backlighting on the keyboard so working in dark areas is a no-go unless you know your keyboards like blind pianist. Speaking of visuals, the screen is full HD and has a mat-like finish, making it very comfortable to use outside and in sunlight. Very little glare on this one and I believe the brightness is pushing 300 NITs, so that should get the job done. The touch screen is very responsive and is compatible with most stylus options out there. The track-pad is more sturdy than last year’s model. And the battery life is great. Charging takes no time at all. he charging brick is only 65w so that'll charge just about anything with a type c charging port. And with being said, you should be able to use just about any type c charger to give this little guy power. So this an easy one to recommend to that on the go grinder. And anyone that has needed an extra pc and doesn't really want to delve into the chromebook world.

This is a good stick vacuum cleaner. The tower that holds everything in a neat little package is also a very thoughtful touch, as it is always an issue with owners of stick vacuums. There's never a good place to put the accessories. You always end up putting them a box and placing it in a safe place , so safe that you easily forget where you put it, when you may need those extra parts. But the tower holds the cleaning brush, wand , the brush vac, and the two nossles in an organized fashion. So you can always know where things are. The design and shear pressence of the tower encourage you to want to put things where they belong. The whole package is derived of a regular sized vacuum nossle and a smaller one for furniture or apoulstry. A wand for corners and crevices, a brush, for picking up dug in hairs, if needed and two 2300 mah batteries( with roughly 2 hours of clleaning life, if you're not using the turbo feature. Then there's the tower itself. This is the HUB for the whole thing. The top opens up to an extra battery charger( for battery number 2) and there are touch controls to use the auto clean feature or don't Inside are bagas and filters to catch the waste from the stick in the cleanind cycles. There are also two extra bags to get you started. That should hold you a while, unless you plan to use this as a daily driver in a large and high traffic environment. The power in the vacuum is decent. But it's not amazing. I keep my floor pretty clean and apon the trial run, this vacuum had trouble picking objects that my regular vac would easily pick up. Mind you, I put trash on the floor so I could test it out, and this meant that the trash wasn't even setled. However, I did use lrger than normal stredded strips at one one point and it did much worse trying to suction that up, as the ressvoir got clogged easily.( This would explain the need for cleaning brush.) After cleaning that out and placing the vac into the charging/cleansing dock, the process began to a satifying woosh!!!! This worked pretty well. Some of the longer sheets still strayed in the cup, but I don't recommend vacuuming larger strips over an inch in length. The compacting feature compresses the waste so that you won't have to empty the bag as often, so that's a plus. (VERY IMPORTANTANT: Setting the tower on a carpeted surface is not recommended, as there are vents and suction going on that will pull lint up into the fans and could damage the unit. Hard wood or tile is ideal.) With all that I've said about this machine and as much I do think it is a really cool product. I still feel that this is recommended for light use in smaller spaces. This vac really does nothing to separate itself from the plethora of other, much less expensive vacuums out there. Outside of the self-cleaning feature, which is a neat concept, but very unnecessary, as it is very easy to just empty your cup after every use. The end result is a mediocre gimmick that is only researved for those with the need to impress their friends. If you have the fonds to burn, by all means, pick this up.Other than that, just buy something else more efficient and cost friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, they do not. But do so much more that that missing feature is one that I'm willing to forgive.

When I put on my earbuds without any noise playing, I can hear a very little fuzzy sound in the background. Then when I put it into the noise cancelling mode (high or low), it gets louder. Is this normal or could mine be broken?

No, it's really not necessary. The timer pretty much takes all of the guess work out of it.

Is the screen glossy or matte?
don't think I would say matte, but but it's definitely not glossy and very ledgible. The smudges aren't as noticeble, if that's a question you need answered. Unless your fingers are oily. Lol.
