The dryer works great and is quiet; the only concerns I have are that the delivery crew is not managed well. They attached the cord while the dryer was outside in the rain, the didn't clear off all the tape residue, and they moved the drain hose for my washing machine which caused water to go everywhere once I ran the washer. The delivery crew needs to have more respect for other peoples' homes.

Steam Feature
What is the source for the water for the steam, a reservoir or a water line? Does Best Buy hook it up with the installation?
The source of the steam is a Y-joint from the cold water hose going into the washing machine. The delivery includes hooking up the connection as long as the hoses are long enough.

I have been reading reviews on Samsung Fr. Door Refrigerators & 2 customers have complained about water leakage. Has Samsung addressed the problem?
I haven't had any water leakage except the first couple of days. After using ice and water repeatedly the leaking ceased. Honestly their units as a whole might be broken. Once the refrigerator reached the correct temperature, the quick cool was off, and ice had been produced there was no more leaking.
