I bought this, I actually bought two of these because I thought they were pretty cool looking. I think they were about $69.00 each and for the money, they were pretty bad. The sound quality is seriously lacking, which surprised me, as they are Sony products.

Is there a belt lip, belt loop, or hole for lanyard?
There isn't a hole, belt loop or anything else. The case is small enough to put into a jacket pocket.
