Did not need plug that was in kit since my hookup had to be hot-wired therefore, did not need cord and did not use a lot of the other parts in box. Could have purchased one that was cheaper had I known what was in kit.

Door on microwave is awkward. Love that the controls are on the bottom since I am short, however door is so long that you have to step back to open it up. Just average in relating and defrosting takes longer than my last microwave.

Disappointed with installation

When range was installed, a loud pop noise was heard and when installers were asked what the noise was, no one would answer. Installers left and noticed later that leveling foot was broken. : (
