I bought 2 true wireless earbuds before but Jaybird is the best. They fit well. Sounds good. No losing connectivity unless i'm in high electrical magnetic field or zone. Using Jaybird's app, EQ can be adjusted. For 3 months, i had no issues with them. When u put earbuds into case, they stay shut off until u open the case. My only problem is that battery case is too smooth and feels slippery. I would love to have some texture or something to help me keep a grip on it.

I just bought this. I'm happy with few days of testing it out. Qi wireless charging is not fast charging, just regular charging. The 2 USB ports are fast charging. It has LCD that shows what percentage of your battery has left, like "100". Only thing i wish Qi wireless charging is to have fast charging feature.

I've been using this earbuds for 2 months now. It has great sounds. Fits good. Gel ear cups have good seal right off the box. They stay in and no feeling of slipping out. Only problem i had was understanding and learning how to pair each bud before you pair them to your phone. These buds are good for causal wearing. It says on the box "sweat resistance"!
PS you do not need complyfoam ear tips. Ear Gel tips are fine. Complyfoam doesn't fit in case.

I bought this product over a month ago. I don't use it too often. Here is my problem. It is very annoying. I put my ear buds in its charging case to recharge and shut off. But no. After ear buds are charged, they turn themself on while inside the case. WHY? Few times I took those ear buds out and found with less than an hour of charge. Also while these are charging in case, I would wear my old ear buds. Either half an hour or 1 hour later, the music stopped playing in my old ear buds but phone shows music is playing. I found out jabra has turned on and became main ear buds.

First, my cons: 1. ear-gels don't fit right in my ears. I have few complyfoam ear-tips and those works. 2. Over-the-ear wiring don't work well for anyone who's wearing glasses. If you have glasses on first, over-the-ear wiring will be push out by glasses' leg. You must take off your glasses and fit them first. However thick plastic glasses' legs will feel weird. Only thin or wired frame will work. 3. Over-the-ear wiring were difficult to adjust to fix correctly. Well just bought few days ago but sound is excellent and excellent hard nylon case to hold your earbuds. If you don't wear glasses, this will be good for u. Glasses wearers, you will have troubles.

My earphones are starting to not connect together anymore. Usually connecting to Jam Ultra on the bluetooth screen links both earphones together but now Jam Ultra only connects to my left earbud. Anyway to fix this problem?

When I first got these I had no trouble linking them but now I can't get both of them connected. What do I do?
READ YOUR MANUAL!! Unpair buds on your phone. Shut off your earbuds. Turn off bluetooth on your phone. Turn on your buds. Look at your LED lights. Flashing blue/red. Double click on both buds at the same time. Watching your LED lights. Both will blink and have solid blue light. Your buds are paired up. Now turn on your Bluetooth on your phone.
